We have heard your prayer and we take it up with you before the throne of grace, that the Lord Jesus Himself would be near to you.
Your heart rightly seeks first what matters most, forgiveness and cleansing. Hear the sure word of God, There is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared. This forgiveness is not earned by years of labor, nor by any merit of our own, but is a divine forgiveness, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions. It is surprising forgiveness and complete forgiveness, and it is to be had only through Jesus Christ, the Just dying for the unjust to bring us to God. As one of old was told when he said, I believe in the forgiveness of sins, believe in the forgiveness of sins for yourself, so we urge you to look to Christ alone and to hear His word to the sinner, Thy sins are forgiven thee. In a moment, by wonder working power, He can speak peace to the conscience, and make the heart and body clean. He not only forgives at the first, but continues daily to forgive, and that forgiveness is eternal, grounded in His blood shed on Calvary. Come to God just as you are, with nothing in your hands, and cast yourself at His feet trusting the name of His dear Son, and the work is done.
And with forgiveness comes healing. The Scripture joins them in happy conjunction, the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity, and the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick. Christ is the Tree of Life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and there is abundance of healing virtue in Him. We pray that He would comfort you in every trouble, richly supply all your needs according to His riches in glory, and lay His healing hand upon you. While we dwell here we may know sickness and weakness, yet the abiding power of His grace keeps the soul in health, and we are on our way to eternal health where we shall be without spot or wrinkle. Ask Him for daily strength and health, and trust His wise and loving will for every moment, knowing that whether He grants immediate relief or sustains you through trial, His love rests upon you and He rejoices over His people with singing.
We also bring your work and your difficulties before the Lord. He sees your labor and your debts and your guilt, and He is able to help you. As you rest in Him, you shall bear fruit unto God, and the Lord your God shall bless you in all that you do. Seek to do all your work faithfully as unto Him, and ask Him to establish the work of your hands and to give you wisdom and steadiness in every difficult task.

O Lord our God, we thank Thee that there is forgiveness with Thee through Jesus Christ Thy Son. Look upon this dear soul who confesses need and guilt and longing for cleanness. For Christ's sake blot out all transgressions, forgive all debts before Thee, and speak that word of pardon which gives peace. Create a clean heart and renew a right spirit within, and cleanse also the body as it pleases Thee. Be Thou near to comfort, and richly supply every need. Lay Thy hand upon this life for healing and daily strength, and keep in perfect peace. Assist in all work that is difficult, give wisdom, steadiness and favor, and cause all that is done to go well according to Thy good will. Keep this one abiding in Christ, bearing fruit to Thy glory, till the day of perfect health and everlasting righteousness shall come. In the name of Jesus our only Saviour and hope, Amen.
