Beloved of All
Your prayer has been heard and I have brought it before the Lord with you. Thank you for honestly sharing these deep needs for comfort, daily health, help in difficult work, provision for debts, and a clean heart and body.
The Lord cares about your physical body. Even under the law God made a way to care for the person with an incurable disease like leprosy and gave instructions for the day of his cleansing, leaving room for His own supernatural work. The Gospels show Jesus healing many kinds of sickness. One evening at Peter's house many sick and afflicted people were brought to Him and He healed them. Matthew, by the Holy Spirit, connects that to the prophecy in Isaiah chapter 53 verse 4, that He bore our infirmities and sicknesses. That prophecy is often understood only as spiritual healing from sin, but Matthew applies it to physical healing as well. When Jesus broke the bread and said this is my body which is broken for you, He was pointing to what He would suffer for our whole need, both spiritual and physical. There is not a strong scriptural basis for limiting His suffering only to the forgiveness of sin.
At the same time the deepest need we have is forgiveness and cleansing from sin, and God wants to meet that first. Many people naturally focus on the healing of the body and on outward symptoms, but the root problem is sin in the heart. Through grace alone, by the work of Jesus Christ and faith in Him which God Himself gives and draws us to, we are saved and made clean. If you have trusted in Jesus, thank Him that His grace has already provided forgiveness. Ask Him also to make your heart and body consecrated to Him, with ears open to His voice, hands busy in His work, and feet walking in His path. Physical cleanliness matters, but the greater cleansing is the heart made pure before Him.
You asked for health without any illness every day and every moment. I do believe in healing and that every healing, whether gradual or immediate, is from God. Sometimes He heals instantly with a word, sometimes with a touch, sometimes gradually, and sometimes in very natural ways that are still His supernatural provision. I do not fully understand why some receive immediate healing, some receive gradual healing, and some are not yet healed in this life. That is in the Lord's wisdom, not ours. We should not limit what He can do through unbelief, but we also trust His timing and His way. There is a real connection between the health of the soul and the health of the body. Scripture says a joyful heart does good like a medicine, and we are learning how much our inner life affects our physical well being. Nourish your spiritual life as faithfully as you nourish your body, through His Word, prayer, and fellowship with Him.
You also asked for help with difficult work, for provision and for debts to be forgiven. Whatever God does for you He does purely by grace, not because you have earned it by effort or fasting or any other work. He often provides in very natural ways that are still His hand supplying what you need. He also does a work in you before He does a work through you. When He allows hard testing or difficult work, He is shaping character, removing rough edges, and preparing you for what He wants to do through your life. That shaping can feel painful and confusing, but you can count it as joy knowing He is working in you because He has a purpose for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus I bring this dear one before You. Comfort this heart with Your presence today. You know every need, every difficult task at work, and every debt that weighs heavy. Provide richly according to Your grace and help with each part of the work that feels too hard. Touch the body and bring health according to Your mercy and wisdom, and above all cleanse the heart from sin and make it pure before You. Forgive sins and grant a clean conscience, and help to walk in a way that honors You with body and spirit. Give peace, strength for each moment, and faith to trust You when the answer is immediate and when it is gradual. May Your work be manifested and Your name be glorified in this life. In Jesus name, amen.
