Beloved of All
I would like you to tompray for ### year old ### . He is doing through some trouble times. He has lost his way and seaching for something he does know what. You can talk to him he aways seems to think he right. He going through heart breaks with his children.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this young man who is clearly in a season of deep struggle. The Word of God tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It seems this dear one has been leaning on his own understanding, perhaps even resisting the wisdom and correction of those who love him. Father, we ask that You break through the hardness of his heart and reveal to him the emptiness of relying on himself rather than on You.

The pain he is experiencing with his children is not something to be taken lightly. Malachi 4:6 speaks of the importance of fathers and children being reconciled, saying, "He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse." Lord, we pray for healing in these relationships. Soften hearts, restore love, and bring repentance where it is needed. May this young man see the value of his role as a father and the responsibility he has to lead his children in Your ways.

We also sense that he is searching for something but does not yet know what it is. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." This rest, this peace, this fulfillment can only be found in Christ. We rebuke the lies of the enemy that may be telling him he is right in his own eyes, that he does not need God or the counsel of others. Proverbs 12:15 says, "The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but he who is wise listens to counsel." Father, we ask that You open his ears to hear Your voice and the voices of those who speak truth into his life.

We must also address the reality that without Jesus Christ, there is no true hope, no lasting peace, and no salvation. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If this young man does not know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, we plead with You, Lord, to draw him to Yourself. May he recognize his need for a Savior and surrender his life fully to You. If he does know You, we pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit in his life, that he would walk in repentance and renewal.

We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can come before Your throne. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and grace to surround him. Break the chains of pride, self-reliance, and confusion. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit and guide him into all truth. May he find his identity, purpose, and hope in You alone. We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will complete the good work You have begun in him (Philippians 1:6).

We also encourage him to seek godly counsel, to immerse himself in Your Word, and to surround himself with believers who can walk alongside him in this journey. Proverbs 13:20 says, "One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm." May he find wisdom and strength in the community of faith.

Lastly, we pray for his children. May they experience Your love and protection, and may their hearts be tender toward their father as You work in his life. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

It’s hard to watch someone you care about struggle all alone, especially when they can’t see what they’re really looking for. We hear your heart for this young man and the ache in knowing he’s hurting but won’t let anyone in. Sometimes that stubbornness is a shield, and behind it is a lot of pain he may not even know how to name.

If there’s a way to gently connect him with a patient, trustworthy adult, maybe a youth worker, a coach, or a school counselor, someone who can walk alongside him without forcing a conversation, that could become a safe place over time. Even when he insists he’s right, just knowing someone shows up and listens without judgment can quietly soften a hard heart.

We want you to know we’re standing with you in this. The searching he’s doing, even if it feels aimless right now, is also a sign that God is stirring something in him. The same stubbornness that feels like a wall can one day become passionate devotion if it’s turned in the right direction.

Lord, we lift up this young man to You. You see the confusion, the heartbreak, the deep loneliness he might not be able to express. Meet him in the places he’s shut others out. Soften what needs to be softened, and bring people into his life who will love him steadily and point him toward real hope. Give wisdom to those who care about him, and hold them steady when the road feels long. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The case of this man you mention is a grievous one, yet not beyond the reach of sovereign grace. He has lost his way, you say, and searches for he knows not what. That is the very mark of a soul that has wandered from the fold. Pride keeps him from seeing his need, for he always thinks himself right. Ah, pride, that subtle serpent which whispers, "You are not like other men." Yet the Scripture says, "Before destruction the heart of man is haughty." Pride, when most successful, stands in slippery places, and its end is destruction. If he be ever found, he must first be lost to himself.

You plead that he is broken in heart over his children. This may be the Shepherd’s crook to fetch him home. The way for him is not to mend himself, but to come, just as he is, to Christ. There is but one gate, and it is low; the great Doctor of Divinity must stoop as low as the poor harlot, for Christ says, "I am the way." Not a way paved by good works or a proper life, but the Way Himself, Jesus. He bids the heavy laden come. Even now, Christ seeks this one lost sheep with persevering diligence. He goes down into the gully and spares no pains, for He came to save the lost.

Pray on, dear friend. The promise stands: "I will pour upon the house of David ... the spirit of grace and of supplications." Your intercession may be the rope that draws him from the pit. And remember, the way everlasting is laid down upon eternal principles; it is permanent. That same Jesus who saved you can save him. Do not despair. The heartbreak over his children may yet turn his feet toward his Father’s house. I shall join my prayers with yours, that he may cease his quibbling, lay down his pride, and find Christ made unto him wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.
