We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for your praise and trust in Him. It is wonderful to hear that you are seeking God’s will for your future marriage. We join you in praying for a bright and godly marriage that honors Him, built on the foundation of Christ and rooted in love, faithfulness, and mutual respect.
Father God, we lift up this dear one’s desire for a future marriage that reflects Your design. We pray that You would prepare their heart and the heart of their future spouse, drawing them both closer to You. May their union be a testimony of Your love, grace, and covenant faithfulness. Lord, we ask that You guide them in wisdom and discernment as they seek a godly spouse who shares their faith and commitment to You. Help them to wait patiently for Your timing and to trust in Your perfect plan for their life. We pray that their marriage would be a beacon of Your light in a world that so often distorts Your design for love and family.
We also bring before You the concern about those who are seeking to take advantage of this dear one financially. Lord, we rebuke any spirit of greed, manipulation, or deceit that may be at work in these situations. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we ask that You expose any ungodly motives or schemes. Protect them from those who would seek to harm or exploit them, and grant them wisdom to discern truth from deception. We pray that You would provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory, so they never feel pressured or tempted to compromise their values for financial gain.
Father, we ask that You remove any ungodly influences from their life. If there are people who do not have their best interests at heart, we pray that You would sever those ties and replace them with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage them in their walk with You. Surround them with believers who will speak life, truth, and encouragement into their situation. We declare that their life is in Your hands, and we trust You to order their steps according to Your will.
We must also gently remind you, dear one, that our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is only by His blood that we are made righteous before God. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. For it is written, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). And again, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).
Lord, we thank You for the privilege of lifting this dear one up to You. We trust that You are at work in their life, shaping their future and preparing them for the blessings You have in store. May they walk in the fullness of Your purpose, free from fear, doubt, or distraction. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and fill them with Your peace as they wait on You. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
