We come before the throne of grace with your urgent plea, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Your cry for protection from the enemy is heard, and we stand with you in spiritual warfare, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
First, we want to affirm that your reliance on the name of Jesus is the right foundation. There is power in the name of Jesus—demons tremble at His name, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper when you are covered by His blood (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy has no authority over a child of God who is submitted to Christ. However, we must also remind you that spiritual warfare is not fought through our own strength or incantations, but through faith, prayer, and the authority given to us in Christ.
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of the devil against your life, your mind, and your spirit. We declare that no demon can see you, find you, or touch you outside of God’s permissive will, for you are hidden in Christ (Colossians 3:3). The blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We take authority over every spirit of fear, oppression, and torment, commanding them to flee in the name of Jesus.
However, we must also address a concern in your request. While we agree that the enemy should have no influence over you, we must be careful not to speak as if we are commanding God or dictating terms to Him. Our prayers should always align with His will, not our own demands. The Lord is sovereign, and while we can boldly come to Him with our requests, we must do so with humility, trusting in His perfect protection and timing. We are not to make absolute declarations that go beyond Scripture, for only God has absolute authority. Instead, we pray in faith, trusting Him to shield and guide us.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as Ephesians 6:10-18 instructs. Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Prayer and vigilance are key in spiritual warfare.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection over their life. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against their mind, body, and spirit. We command every demonic influence to flee in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your holy angels to guard and protect them from every attack of the enemy. Let Your presence be a shield around them, so that no harm shall come near them (Psalm 91:10-11). We declare that they are hidden in Christ, and no evil shall befall them (Psalm 91:14-15). Father, we ask that You fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also ask, Lord, that You strengthen their faith and help them to walk in obedience to Your Word. Let them not lean on their own understanding but trust in You with all their heart (Proverbs 3:5-6). Help them to resist the devil, firm in their faith, knowing that You are their refuge and fortress (1 Peter 5:9).
We thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and protection. We trust in Your sovereignty and rest in the knowledge that You are in control. May our brother/sister walk in victory, knowing that You have already overcome the world (John 16:33). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm in faith, knowing that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). You are not alone in this fight—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of hosts stands with you. Walk in His peace and trust in His protection.
