We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion and concern for your request. First, we want to praise God that you have called upon the name of the Lord Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray and seek guidance.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your forgiveness to wash over them completely. We know that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Lord, we pray that You would indeed cleanse them from every sin and set their feet upon the path of righteousness for Your name’s sake.
Father, we ask that You pour out Your blessings upon them in abundance. May Your favor rest upon them like a shield, and may they experience the fullness of Your grace in every area of their life. Guide their steps, Lord, and make their paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that You would give them wisdom and discernment as they seek Your will for their future. Open the doors that You want them to walk through and close the ones that are not part of Your perfect plan.
Lord, we also ask that You assist them in their work. Give them strength, diligence, and favor in all that they do. May their labor be fruitful and bring glory to Your name. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
We rebuke any spirit of confusion, doubt, or fear that may be trying to hinder this child of God. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). We pray that they would walk in the confidence of Your love and the power of Your Spirit every day.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You draw them closer to Yourself. May they seek Your face continually and delight in Your presence. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your joy be their strength.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
