For it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure."* This means that while we trust God to guide us, we are also called to walk in obedience, using the gifts, opportunities, and responsibilities He has given us. Even when we feel like we are not "lifting a finger," our hearts must remain open to His leading, ready to move when He calls.
We also want to gently remind you that true surrender is not passive—it is active trust. Jesus does not call us to sit idly by but to follow Him with our whole hearts. In John 10:27, He says, *"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."* Following Christ requires listening, obeying, and stepping out in faith, even when the path is unclear. We encourage you to seek Him daily through prayer, Scripture, and fellowship with other believers, allowing His Word to light your way (Psalm 119:105).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
