The Scripture declares in **Psalm 103:6**, *"Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed."* We know that no weapon formed against your brother shall prosper, for the Lord is his shield and defender (**Isaiah 54:17**). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (**John 10:10**), but our God is greater, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever (**Psalm 37:1-2, 9-11**).
The harassment your brother has endured for a decade is a grievous injustice, and we rebuke the spirit of corruption and oppression at work in this government department. The Bible warns in **Proverbs 28:15**, *"Like a roaring lion or a charging bear is a wicked ruler over helpless people."* But we take heart, for our God is sovereign over all authorities (**Romans 13:1**), and He will bring down every high thing that exalts itself against His will (**2 Corinthians 10:5**).
