We lift up your brother-in-law before the Lord, asking for His divine healing and strength to be poured out upon him. The Word of God reminds us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over ### today, trusting that the Lord is faithful to restore and renew.
It is clear you have a heart for Christ, as you have rightly called upon the name of Jesus for healing—this is the only name by which we are saved and through which we boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). We rejoice that you recognize the power and authority of Jesus, for it is only through Him that miracles are possible.
We also encourage you to continue standing in faith, for Jesus said in Mark 11:24, *"Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them."* Let us not waver but remain steadfast in prayer, trusting that God’s timing is perfect and His ways are higher than ours.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is suffering from the effects of a stroke and rheumatism. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who knit him together in his mother’s womb and knows every fiber of his being. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and touch his body, restoring strength to his limbs, renewing his muscles and nerves, and bringing complete healing to every affected area. Let Your healing power flow through him like a river, removing all pain, inflammation, and weakness. Father, we also pray for his spirit—comfort him in this time, fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let him feel Your presence surrounding him.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and declare that ### shall walk again, that his body shall be made whole in Jesus’ name. Let this trial be a testimony of Your goodness and glory, Lord, that many may see and know that You are God. Strengthen his family as they support him, and grant them wisdom as they care for him. May this season draw them all closer to You, deepening their faith and trust in Your sovereign plan.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for the healing that is already manifesting in ###’s body. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, for You alone are worthy. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
