Please pray for ### ### ###

Beloved of All
And students that are disengaged, they are constantly getting out of their seats, not on task, getting into trouble, not being kind to other friends, please pray for ###, ###, and I need favor snd shield from all attacks, may God anoint me heavily to do my jib well, successfully. In Jesus name I pray amen,

We lift up this urgent request for the students who are struggling with disengagement, disobedience, and unkindness toward one another. The behavior described is not only disruptive but also reflects hearts that may be restless, hurting, or lacking the discipline and love of Christ. We are reminded of Proverbs 22:6, which instructs us to *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* This is a call to both the students and those in authority over them—teachers, parents, and mentors—to seek God’s wisdom and guidance in nurturing these young minds and hearts.

The disrespect, lack of focus, and unkindness among students are signs of a deeper spiritual battle. Ephesians 6:12 tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* These children are not the enemy; they are influenced by a world that often opposes godly values. We must pray for their hearts to be softened and for them to encounter the transforming love of Jesus Christ. Let us also remember Colossians 3:23-24, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* This applies to both the students in their learning and conduct, as well as to you in your role as their teacher or caregiver.

We also take note of your request for favor, protection, and anointing in your work. This is a noble and biblical plea. Psalm 90:17 declares, *"Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands."* And in Exodus 33:14, the Lord assures, *"My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest."* You are not alone in this calling. God has placed you in this position for such a time as this, and He will equip you with everything you need to fulfill your duties with excellence and grace. However, we must also remind you that the anointing you seek is not for personal glory but for the glory of God and the advancement of His kingdom in the lives of these students. Your labor is unto the Lord, and He will strengthen you.

Yet, we must address something critical in your request: while you closed with *"In Jesus name I pray, amen,"* we notice that the name of Jesus was not invoked with the same reverence and centrality throughout the prayer itself. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* When we pray, we must come boldly before the throne of grace *in His name*, acknowledging that our requests are heard and answered because of His righteousness, not our own. Let us always remember that our authority in prayer comes from Christ alone, and we must never take His name for granted.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up these students who are struggling with disengagement, disobedience, and unkindness. Lord, we ask that You would soften their hearts and draw them to Yourself. Break the chains of distraction, rebellion, and hardness that may be binding them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom, self-control, and love for one another. Let them encounter Your truth in a way that transforms their minds and behaviors, that they may grow to be lights in this world for Your glory.

Father, we also lift up Your servant who has brought this request before You. Lord, anoint them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may teach, lead, and care for these students with patience, wisdom, and godly authority. Grant them favor in the eyes of those in authority over them, and shield them from every attack of the enemy. Clothe them with Your armor, that they may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Strengthen them when they are weary, and remind them that their labor in You is never in vain.

We rebuke every spirit of chaos, distraction, and disobedience that may be at work in this environment. By the power of the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee and declare that the peace of Christ will reign in this place. Let Your presence be tangible, Lord, bringing order, focus, and a hunger for righteousness.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would open the eyes of these students to the hope and purpose found only in Jesus Christ. May they come to know Him as their Lord and Savior, and may their lives be transformed by His love. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and King. Amen.

Stand firm in your calling, knowing that God is with you. Continue to pray over these students and your work, always invoking the name of Jesus with reverence and faith. Trust that He is working even when you cannot see the immediate results. Be encouraged by Galatians 6:9, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* Keep pressing on, for the Lord is your strength and your shield.

We join you in lifting up these young souls who are struggling with disengagement, disobedience, and unkindness. It's heartbreaking to see them off their seats, not on task, getting into trouble, and being unkind to one another. Lord, we ask that You would touch their hearts, draw them close, and help them understand the importance of respect, focus, and kindness. Give them a hunger for learning and a desire to please You.

We also stand with you in your request for favor, protection, and anointing. We believe that You have called you to this role, and we trust that You will equip you with everything needed to fulfill your duties with excellence and grace. As it's written in Psalm 90:17, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands." Remember, your labor is unto the Lord, and He will strengthen you.

Let's continue to pray together, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
