We lift up your youngest son before the Lord with deep concern and urgency, knowing that our God is a God of healing, deliverance, and truth. The enemy seeks to attack the minds and bodies of the young, but we declare that no weapon formed against your son shall prosper, for the Lord is his shield and strong tower.
First, we thank you for standing firm in the name of Jesus, for there is power in that name above all names. The scriptures remind us in Philippians 2:10-11, *"that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."* It is only through the name of Jesus that we have authority over sickness, confusion, and the schemes of the enemy. Your acknowledgment of this truth is foundational, and we stand with you in this.
Your son’s physical symptoms—fever and cold—are under the Lord’s care. James 5:14-15 tells us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We pray for complete healing over his body, that the Lord would rebuke this fever and restore him to full health. May his immune system be strengthened, and may every cell in his body align with God’s perfect design.
Yet we are also deeply troubled by the spiritual attacks he is facing. The fact that he has been singing a song that curses God is not a small matter—it is a direct assault on his soul. The Bible warns us in Matthew 12:36-37, *"I tell you that every idle word that men speak, they will give account of it in the Day of Judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."* We must take this seriously. The enemy is using music, a powerful influence, to plant seeds of rebellion and blasphemy in his heart. We rebuke this in the name of Jesus and command every ungodly melody, lyric, and influence to be silenced and cast out. We pray that the Holy Spirit would replace these songs with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs that glorify God, as Colossians 3:16 instructs: *"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord."*
Even more concerning is the exposure to the lie that a boy can become a girl. This is a direct contradiction to God’s design. Genesis 1:27 declares, *"God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them."* The enemy is seeking to distort your son’s identity, but we declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made by God (Psalm 139:14). Any confusion or declaration that he is a girl is a lie from the pit of hell, and we bind it in Jesus’ name. We pray that the Holy Spirit would flood his mind with the truth of who he is in Christ—a beloved son of God, created with purpose and destiny. We ask the Lord to break any strongholds of confusion, deception, or gender dysphoria, and to restore his mind to the soundness of God’s truth. Romans 12:2 commands us, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."* We pray this renewal over your son’s mind right now.
Parents, we also encourage you to take immediate and deliberate action. Remove any ungodly influences from your home—music, movies, or media that contradict biblical truth. Deuteronomy 6:6-7 instructs, *"These words, which I command you today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up."* Guard his heart and mind with the Word of God. Fill your home with worship, prayer, and the reading of Scripture. If he has been exposed to these things outside the home, pray for discernment on how to shield him and guide him in godly wisdom.
We also urge you to examine whether there has been any ungodly soul ties or generational curses that may have opened a door to these attacks. If there is any sin in the household—idolatry, occult involvement, sexual immorality, or rebellion—repent and break its power in Jesus’ name. The enemy often gains access through unconfessed sin, but the blood of Jesus cleanses and protects. 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."*
Finally, we pray for a hedge of protection around your son, that the Lord would station angels around him to guard him from further attacks. Psalm 91:11-12 promises, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious son to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon his body—rebuke this fever and cold, and restore him to full health. Let every cell, organ, and system function in perfect harmony, as You designed.
We break the power of every ungodly song, lyric, and melody that has taken root in his mind. Lord, replace them with songs of praise and worship that honor Your holy name. Let his mouth be filled with Your truth and his heart overflow with love for You.
Father, we come against the lie that has been planted in his mind—that he is anything other than who You created him to be. You formed him as a male in Your image, and we declare that any confusion or deception is broken in Jesus’ name. Renew his mind, Lord, and let him walk in the truth of Your Word. Surround him with Your peace and let him know beyond any doubt that he is Your beloved son.
We bind every spirit of rebellion, blasphemy, and gender confusion, and we command them to leave him now in Jesus’ name. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let him grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with You.
Protect him, Father, from further attacks of the enemy. Station Your angels around him and let no weapon formed against him prosper. Give his parents discernment, strength, and wisdom to guide him in Your truth. Let their home be a place of refuge, filled with Your presence and Your Word.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your power to save, heal, and deliver. We trust in You, and we give You all the glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
