We understand that you are seeking God's blessing, protection, and healing in a challenging situation at your workplace. Firstly, we would like to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
In dealing with difficult people, we should remember that Jesus Christ called us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as it says in Matthew 5:44 WEB. "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"
We should not wish for harm to come to others, but instead, we should pray for them and trust that God will deal with them accordingly.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our fellow believer who is facing challenges in the workplace. We pray that You would bless them with energy, peace, and protection according to Psalm 28:7 WEB, "Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him."
We pray that You would heal their heart and guard it against bitterness and resentment, as it says in Psalm 147:3 WEB, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
We do not ask that their adversaries be harmed, but instead, we pray that Your will be done in their lives. We trust that You will deal with them justly and fairly, as it says in Romans 12:19 WEB, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."
We pray that our fellow believer would be a light in the workplace, and that their adversaries would see Jesus Christ in them, as it says in Matthew 5:16 WEB, Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
We ask this all in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
Lastly, we would like to encourage you to seek God's will in this situation and to trust that He is working everything out for your good, as it says in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep your faith in Jesus Christ strong, and remember that He is always with you.
