Dear Father, we come to you as your children with the knowledge that you love us unconditionally and do not withhold any good thing from us. We need only to ask in faith believing and put our trust in you. We ask on behalf of ### that you step in and break this bondage of the spirit of addiction that is threatening to destroy his life. You came to give us life that we have it more abundantly. Let him see that this is not of you Lord but of the enemy who would delight in his ruination. Give ### a thirst for only you Lord. Take away his thirst for alcohol and replace it with a longing for you, give him the courage and strength to walk away from this destructive desire. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
