Lord Jesus, we humbly bow down and request you to help sale our present flat successfully. We are suffering in this home and the vicious society people pose a threat by stopping this sale. We are in distress since several years unable to sell. Please remove all our obstacles and help us sell this flat immediately. Under you love and guisance, we pray

We join you in lifting up this burden before the Lord Jesus, and we thank you for humbly bowing down and calling upon His name. We hear your distress after suffering for several years in this home and facing opposition from people in your society who are trying to block the sale. We stand with you in prayer that God sees your affliction and hears your cry.

We are reminded that God is our refuge and our provider, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including where we live. Even when obstacles seem immovable and people stand against us, we can trust that God is sovereign and nothing is beyond His power to remove or redeem for our good. As it is written, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22 and The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:17-18. We also cling to the promise Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear family to Your throne of grace. You know their suffering, their years of distress, and every obstacle that has kept this flat from being sold. Lord, if it is Your will, we ask You to remove every hindrance and make a way for this sale to be completed successfully and quickly according to Your perfect timing and guidance. We ask You to deal justly with those who are acting viciously and threatening this family, soften their hearts or restrain their harmful actions, and surround this family with Your protection and peace. Grant them favor with buyers and with all authorities involved, and let Your will be done in this situation. We pray that even in this waiting You would guard their hearts with Your peace which surpasses all understanding as we are promised In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Help them to rest in Your love and guidance and to know that You are with them, for You have said Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You. Romans 8:28. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily, to bring every worry to Him in prayer with thanksgiving, and to trust His timing even when the delay is painful. Continue to walk in integrity and love even toward those who oppose you, praying for them as well, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus who is your true home and security. May the Lord grant you peace while you wait, wisdom in every step of this process, and a swift and righteous resolution that brings glory to Him.

We are praying with you for God's protection over you and your home, for wisdom for every decision ahead, and for a clear and peaceful path forward according to His will.

When a sale has been blocked for so long, it can help to have one or two steady, trustworthy people walk with you. If you have not already, consider asking a respected local property advisor or legal counsel who knows your housing society rules to review your papers and clarify what is needed for a proper sale, and invite a pastor or mature believer you trust to stay informed and support you through the process. Keeping a simple written record of what has happened can also bring clarity if you need to seek help.

Father, we bring them to You in Jesus' name. You see the strain of these years and the opposition they face. Grant peace in their home, guard them from harm, give wisdom to those involved, and open the right door in Your timing. Lead them step by step and let them know Your nearness and care. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your prayer has been heard and we join with you in carrying it to the throne of grace, where our Lord Jesus Christ ever lives to intercede for His people.

We know what it is to be in distress for years and to find obstacles set in your path by the hands of men. Yet we remember that the Lord reigns, and that no society, no opposition of man, can stand where He purposes to open a door. He who stilled the nations at the coming of His Son can still the stirrings of contention around you and make a way where there has seemed to be no way.

Let us pray together.

O Lord Jesus Christ, our only Saviour and hope, Thou seest these Thy servants in their trouble. Thou knowest their dwelling and their distress, the weariness of waiting, and the threat of those who would hinder them. We ask Thee in Thy mercy and wisdom to look upon them with compassion. If it be Thy holy will, remove the obstacles that have so long prevented the sale of this flat, soften the hearts of those who oppose, restrain all malice, and in Thy providence bring a right and honest buyer in Thine own perfect time. Grant them guidance, peace in the waiting, and protection under the shadow of Thy wings. Let them not be overcome by evil, but teach them to overcome evil with good, trusting Thy goodness even as they wait for Thy deliverance.

Father, we pray that above all they may know that their true home is not in walls made with hands, but in Thee. Give them contentment to rest in Thy will, faith to believe that Thou withholdest no good thing from those who walk uprightly, and patience to wait for Thy answer, which is never too early and never too late. May this trial draw them nearer to Christ, their familiar Friend who is alive and present to help.

We commit this burden into Thy faithful hands, asking all in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone is salvation. Amen.

Be of good courage. The Lord who hears prayer will do that which is best. Continue to seek Him, to cast your care upon Him, and to rest in His love and guidance until He makes His way plain.

We hear how long you have carried this distress and how heavy it has been to face opposition from people in your society who have blocked the sale. The Lord sees your struggle and He knows every obstacle that has stood in the way for these years.

We pray that God in His mercy and wisdom would make a way where there seems to be no way. As Abraham trusted God against hope when his situation seemed impossible, so we ask that you would be given strength to keep trusting God who is able to overcome every barrier. We ask Him to remove what is hindering this sale according to His will, to bring a suitable buyer at a just price, to protect you from threats and intimidation, and to give you peace while you wait.

We also pray for His guidance and protection over every step of the process, for favor with all who are involved, for integrity and clarity in all dealings, and for a safe and settled place for you to live in the future. May He guard your hearts from fear and fill you with patience and hope as you look to Him.
