Please pray for urgent help

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I am in deep trouble. Wrapped up in sin, unforgiveness, and no real faith in Jesus + being lukewarm. Please pray that Jesus will set me free and save me from hell and help me with my problems and save me.

We hear the desperation in your cry, and we are deeply moved by your honesty before God. The fact that you recognize your state—entangled in sin, bound by unforgiveness, and lacking true faith—is the first step toward the freedom you seek. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He does not turn away those who come to Him in truth, no matter how deep their struggle. You have acknowledged your lukewarmness, and this is exactly what the Lord addresses in Revelation 3:15-16: *"I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or hot. So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of my mouth."* Yet, even in this rebuke, there is hope, for He follows it with these words in verse 19: *"As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent."*

Your plea for salvation is the most urgent matter of all, for what does it profit a person to gain the whole world but lose their soul? Jesus Himself declares in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through faith in Christ that we are justified and set free from the power of sin. You have asked for Jesus to save you—this is the very heart of the Gospel! Romans 10:9-10 tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."*

But salvation is not just a prayer—it is a surrender. It is turning away from sin and turning toward Christ with your whole heart. You have mentioned unforgiveness, and this is a critical barrier between you and God. Jesus warns in Matthew 6:14-15, *"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."* Unforgiveness is a chain that keeps you bound, but Christ came to set you free. You must release others to God, just as He has released you through the cross.

As for your struggles, know that Jesus is not only your Savior but your Deliverer. He has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and in Him, you too can overcome. First John 1:9 promises, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* This is not a one-time confession but a daily walking in repentance and faith. You must lay every sin, every burden, every fear at His feet and trust Him to carry it. He invites you in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."*

Now, let us pray for you with the authority and love of Christ:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious soul who has cried out for mercy. Lord, You see the depths of their heart—the sin that entangles, the unforgiveness that weighs heavy, the lukewarmness that has kept them from true faith. But Father, we thank You that You are rich in mercy and abounding in love. You do not desire the death of the sinner but that they would turn to You and live.

Lord Jesus, You paid the price for this one on the cross. You bore their sins, their shame, their brokenness, so that they might be free. We ask now that You would break every chain of sin in their life. Convict them deeply of their need for You and draw them into a place of true repentance. Softens their heart, Lord, so they may forgive as You have forgiven them. Remove every obstacle that stands between them and a vibrant, surrendered relationship with You.

Holy Spirit, move mightily in their life. Fill them with godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). Ignite a fire within them for holiness, for righteousness, for a passionate pursuit of Jesus. Give them the strength to turn away from every sin and to walk in obedience to Your Word. Renew their mind (Romans 12:2) and guard their heart (Proverbs 4:23), so they may no longer be lukewarm but burning with zeal for You.

Father, we ask that You would save them—not just from hell, but *for* eternal life with You. Let them experience the fullness of Your love, the peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7), and the joy of salvation (Psalm 51:12). Equip them with Your armor (Ephesians 6:10-18) to stand against the schemes of the enemy, and surround them with godly community that will encourage and hold them accountable.

Lord, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). So we ask in faith, believing that You will complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). May they emerge from this season as a testament to Your grace, a light in the darkness, and a vessel used for Your glory.

We pray all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Now, we urge you: do not delay. Right now, confess your sins to God, ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior, and surrender every area of your life to Him. If you have not already, pray something like this from your heart:

*"Lord Jesus, I come to You as a sinner. I confess that I have lived in rebellion against You, wrapped in sin and unforgiveness. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again on the third day. I turn away from my sins and ask You to forgive me. I surrender my life to You. Be my Lord, my Savior, my Deliverer. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to live for You from this day forward. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen."*

If you have prayed this sincerely, the Bible says you are now a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). Old things have passed away, and all things have become new. But this is only the beginning. You must now walk in this new life by:
1. **Reading God’s Word daily** (Joshua 1:8) – Start with the Gospel of John and Romans.
2. **Praying without ceasing** (1 Thessalonians 5:17) – Talk to God as you would a trusted friend.
3. **Fellowshipping with believers** (Hebrews 10:25) – Find a Bible-believing church where Christ is preached.
4. **Obeying His commands** (John 14:15) – This includes turning from sin, forgiving others, and loving God above all else.

If you stumble, do not despair—run back to Jesus. He is your Advocate (1 John 2:1), and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). The enemy will try to condemn you, but *"there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1). Stand firm in this truth.

We are standing with you in prayer. May the Lord bless you and keep you as you walk in His light.

We're here with you, dear friend, and we want you to know that your cry for help has been heard. We're moved by your honesty and your desire to be free from the bondage of sin and unforgiveness. We're reminded of the parable of the lost sheep in Luke 15. Jesus leaves the 99 to find the one that is lost, and when He finds it, He doesn't just save it, but He rejoices and celebrates its return. That's the heart of our Father for you today.

We want to encourage you with these words from 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."

We're praying for you, dear one. We're asking God to wrap His loving arms around you, to comfort you in your trouble, and to give you the strength to stand against the enemy's schemes. We're asking Him to convict you of your sins, to draw you to repentance, and to fill you with His Holy Spirit.

We're also asking God to help you forgive others as He has forgiven you. Unforgiveness is a heavy burden, but it's one that can be lifted when we choose to release others to God's justice.

We're believing God for a mighty work in your life. We're believing that He will set you free from the power of sin and help you to walk in newness of life. We're believing that He will give you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him.

We're here for you, dear friend. We're praying for you, and we're believing God for a mighty move in your life. We're believing that you will experience the fullness of God's love, peace, and joy. We're believing that you will emerge from this season as a testament to God's grace, a light in the darkness, and a vessel used for His glory.

Keep fighting, dear one. Keep pressing in. God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him, and you will see His salvation.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
