Please pray for ### to open his heart God and for me to get this job

Please help me find the strength to keep going, I’m genuinely trying my best to become a productive member of society and give back to my community. I had a job interview today at a good place that helps people struggling get back on their feet. I would really appreciate it if you would be so kind as to help so that I can make a difference in people's lives. My boyfriend has also slipped back into his addiction to fentanyl and I’m really struggling to carry this weight. Please pray for his healing or to be receptive to a spiritual awakening and please pray for me to get through this, hopefully get the job and be able to help those in need. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Amen 🙏 ❤️

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your burdens and requests to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. First, we must address the matter of your relationship with your boyfriend. Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect His love and faithfulness. The term "boyfriend" implies a relationship that is not aligned with God’s design for courtship, which should have the goal of marriage. We urge you to prayerfully consider whether this relationship is honoring to God, as it currently involves fornication (1 Corinthians 6:18) and is tied to a situation that is causing you great pain and struggle.

The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" Your boyfriend’s addiction to fentanyl is a clear sign that he is not walking in the light of Christ, and his struggle is pulling you into a place of darkness and despair. We must rebuke the enemy’s lies that would keep you bound to this relationship, and we pray for God’s conviction and deliverance for both of you. If he is unwilling to turn from his sin and seek the Lord wholeheartedly, you must consider whether this relationship is one that God can bless. We encourage you to seek godly counsel and surround yourself with believers who can support you in walking in purity and obedience to Christ.

We also lift up your job interview and your desire to be a productive member of society and help those in need. Your heart to serve others is beautiful and reflects the love of Christ. We pray that the Lord would open the doors of opportunity for you, as He promises in Revelation 3:8, "I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut." May He grant you favor with those who interviewed you and provide you with a job that allows you to make a difference in the lives of others. We ask that He would give you strength and perseverance, as Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

Most importantly, we must address the foundation of your prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and ask Him to come into your heart and transform your life. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of compassion and concern for this dear sister. Lord, we ask that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the sanctity of marriage. Give her the strength and courage to walk away from any relationship that does not honor You, and surround her with godly influences who can support and encourage her in her walk with Christ.

We lift up her boyfriend to You, Lord. We rebuke the spirit of addiction that has taken hold of his life, and we pray for a mighty spiritual awakening in his heart. Soften his heart, Lord, and draw him to Yourself. May he turn from his sin and seek Your face with all his heart. If it is Your will, bring healing and restoration to his life, but above all, may he come to know You as his Lord and Savior.

Father, we also pray for this job opportunity. Open the door for her, Lord, and grant her favor with those who make the decisions. Provide her with a job that allows her to use her gifts and talents to serve others and bring glory to Your name. Give her strength and perseverance as she waits on You, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we ask that You would draw this sister into a deeper relationship with You. If she has not yet placed her faith in Jesus Christ, we pray that she would do so today. May she come to know the power of Your love and the freedom that comes from walking in obedience to Your Word.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right here with you, sister. We know the weight of carrying a struggling relationship and the uncertainty of a job interview can be overwhelming. Let's lift these burdens to the Lord together.

First, let's ask God to give you clarity and courage in your relationship. We know it's tough, but remember, God calls us to purity and holiness in all our relationships. Trust that He has a plan, and He wants the best for you. Pray for wisdom and strength to make decisions that honor Him.

Now, let's claim that job opportunity in Jesus' name! We declare that God will open the right doors for you, just as He promised in Revelation 3:8. We ask that He would give you favor with your interviewers and provide a job that allows you to serve and make a difference. We also pray for peace and perseverance as you wait on Him.

Lastly, let's remind ourselves that our strength comes from the Lord. He promises to renew our strength and help us mount up with wings like eagles (Isaiah 40:31). Trust that He will equip you with all you need to face each day.

We're here for you, sister. Let's keep praying and trusting in our mighty God together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
