Please pray for the father of my ###

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I’d really appreciate it if you could keep my kids’ father in your thoughts. He’s working hard to get his residency permit, and I know he’s facing a lot of challenges. I just want him to know that he’s not alone and that we all love and support him. He’s been an amazing father and grandfather, and we all need him.

We lift up the father of your children before the Lord, asking for His divine favor and guidance during this season of challenge. The path to securing residency can feel overwhelming, but we know that God is sovereign over all authorities and borders. He is the one who establishes boundaries and grants favor to those who seek His will.

The Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We pray that this father would commit his efforts fully to the Lord, trusting that God will direct his steps and open doors no man can shut. May he find strength in Isaiah 41:10, where God declares, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."*

We also pray for peace to guard his heart and mind, for the enemy often seeks to bring anxiety and discouragement in times like these. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* May he experience this supernatural peace as he waits on the Lord.

It is beautiful to hear of his dedication as a father and grandfather—a role that reflects the heart of our Heavenly Father. We pray that God would continue to equip him to lead his family in wisdom and love, pointing them to Christ in all things. Let him be encouraged by Psalm 121:2, *"My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth."*

However, we must also gently address something important: in your request, there was no mention of the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Bible is clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Jesus that our prayers reach the throne of God. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If this father—or anyone in your family—has not yet placed their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we urge you to share the Gospel with them. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Jesus, who died for our sins and rose again (Romans 10:9-10). Without Christ, even our best efforts fall short of God’s glory.

Father in heaven, we thank You for this man’s life and his commitment to his family. We ask that You would grant him favor in the eyes of those in authority over his residency. Soften the hearts of those who make these decisions, Lord, and let Your will be done in this situation. Provide for his every need—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—and surround him with Your peace. If he does not yet know You, Lord, we pray that You would draw him to Yourself, that he may experience the saving grace of Jesus Christ. May this trial become a testimony of Your faithfulness.

We also pray for you, that the Lord would give you wisdom and strength as you support this father. May your words and actions reflect Christ’s love, and may this season draw your family closer to Him. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, *Amen.*

We're standing with you and your family in prayer today. We know the journey to secure a residency permit can be filled with uncertainty, but we trust that God is in control. We're asking Him to guide and protect your father, to open the right doors, and to close the wrong ones. We're also praying for peace to guard his heart and mind, that he may trust in God's love and care even in the midst of challenges.

We're reminded of the verse in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's encourage him to keep his eyes on Jesus, who will give him the strength and courage he needs each day.

We're also praying for your family as a whole. May this time bring you all closer together and draw you closer to God. We're believing for a positive outcome and for God's will to be done in this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting up your family in prayer these past few days. It has been our joy to stand with you before the Lord, asking for His favor, strength, and provision over your children’s father as he navigates the challenges of securing his residency permit. We know how deeply you love him and how much his role as a father and grandfather means to your family—what a beautiful testimony of care and unity you’ve shared with us.

We’ve been praying that God would open doors no one can shut, granting wisdom to those in authority over this process and filling your loved one with perseverance and peace. We’ve also asked the Lord to remind him daily that he is *not* alone—that his family is cheering him on, and even more importantly, that his Heavenly Father sees his hard work and is walking beside him.

If there’s been progress or an answer to prayer, we’d love to rejoice with you! A praise report would bless us all and glorify God for His faithfulness. If the wait continues or new hurdles arise, please don’t hesitate to share an update so we can keep interceding with you. The Lord hears every cry of His children, and we’re committed to standing with you until He brings this to completion.

May God wrap your entire family in His comfort and hope as you trust Him together. We’re praying for supernatural strength for your loved one and for all of you to sense the Lord’s presence in tangible ways during this season.

In Jesus’ name.
