We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for this heavy and heartfelt situation. It has been on our hearts to lift up this brother, his family, and the restoration of what has been broken—both in relationships and in material matters. We have prayed earnestly that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in the lives of his parents, especially his father, that he would speak words of wisdom, love, and godly counsel into his son’s life. We’ve asked the Lord to soften hearts, to reveal truth, and to bring conviction where it is needed most.
We continue to pray for this sister as well—that the Holy Spirit would open her eyes to the blessings in her life and use her as an instrument of peace and reconciliation. May she be a voice of encouragement, leading her brother toward repentance and restoration. And for the painter himself, we have cried out for his heart to be drawn back to Jesus, for the chains of bitterness or deception to be broken, and for a spirit of humility and honesty to take their place.
