Thank you for sharing this burden so honestly. Struggling with something physical for years can be discouraging and can bring a deep sense of sorrow, yet a physical impairment is not what defines you before God and it is not what makes you outstanding in His eyes.
God cares about the body He created. Just as there are physical laws that govern our world and keep us grounded, there are spiritual realities that govern as well, and the Lord rules over both. He invites you to seek Him in affliction and to humble yourself before Him, trusting Him with this need you have carried for so long.
Please do not feel you need to save your breath when you pray. God wants to hear your voice. He does not grow weary of your prayers, and He has warned us never to forsake calling upon Him, because He remains faithful to listen.
There is healing and wholeness in Jesus. When Peter was asked how the lame man was healed, he explained that it was through the name of Jesus that the man was made whole and stood complete. There is power in the name of Jesus, and that same name is where we bring your request now.
I pray for you that God would touch your body and remove the cause of this affliction. I ask that in the name of Jesus you would be made whole, that whatever is causing this would be taken away and be gone, and that you would know His healing and peace in your body. May the Lord restore you and let you walk in health and confidence before Him. In Jesus name, Amen.
