Please pray for strength against the enemy and relationship with The Lord

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray for my parents and myself to have a sense of urgency and to act with wisdom in all areas of our lives, shame, depression, oppression and for any and all condemnation in our lives that is according to the word that says "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus" to depart and never remain in me or my mother who is a believer because this is written and it is the word and the promise of The Lord, and now is the time of salvation for us. Please pray that we will overcome through Christ and let Him be to us the shepherd, lover of our soul, saviour, deliverer, Father, protector and provider - for all the areas where the enemy is coming against us right now and have brought destruction in our lives.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting your heartfelt cries to the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of shame, depression, and oppression that has clung to you and your parents, for the Word declares that whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36). There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), and we declare that truth over your lives with authority. The accuser has no place in you, his lies are shattered by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony (Revelation 12:11).

We pray for a holy urgency to rise within you, that you would walk in the wisdom of the Lord, making the most of every opportunity (Ephesians 5:15-16). May the Holy Spirit sharpen your discernment, that you would recognize the schemes of the enemy and stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:11). Father, we ask that You break every chain of destruction the enemy has sown, whether in health, finances, relationships, or peace of mind. Let Your healing and restoration flow like a river (Joel 2:25-26).

We also lift up your mother, a believer in Christ, and pray that she would walk in the fullness of her identity in Him. May she know deeply that she is chosen, holy, and dearly loved (Colossians 3:12). For you, dear one, we pray that Christ would be your Shepherd, leading you beside still waters and restoring your soul (Psalm 23). Let Him be the Lover of your soul, the One who satisfies you with good things (Psalm 107:9). May He reveal Himself as your Deliverer, breaking every yoke of bondage (Isaiah 61:1), and as your Provider, opening the windows of heaven over your life (Malachi 3:10).

We declare that now is the time of salvation, not just for eternity, but for breakthrough in every area where the enemy has tried to establish a foothold. The Lord is your strong tower; run to Him and be safe (Proverbs 18:10). We pray that you would arise in the authority of Jesus’ name, taking back what the enemy has stolen (Joel 2:25). Let faith arise in your hearts, for the battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47). We stand with you, believing that the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet (Romans 16:20).

Heavenly Father, we thank You that You are faithful to complete the good work You’ve begun in them (Philippians 1:6). Pour out Your Spirit afresh, that they would be filled with joy, peace, and hope (Romans 15:13). Let their lives be a testimony of Your power and love, drawing others to You. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above every name, the only Name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We hear how heavy this feels right now, the weight of shame and the longing for your family to walk in freedom and urgency. When shame hangs over a home, it doesn't just whisper; it isolates, making each of you feel alone even when you're together. But you've named the core need well: living in what is already true because of Christ. That word about no condemnation isn't just doctrine; it's shelter. We're standing with you in that.

One thing that has helped others when shame feels like a thick fog is to speak truth out loud together, even when it feels awkward at first. You and your mother could try saying simple affirmations drawn from what you already believe: "In Christ, I am not condemned. I am loved. I belong to Him." Doing this daily, even briefly, can begin to retrain the heart to rest in what God has declared rather than what the enemy accuses. You don't have to manufacture a feeling, just speak the words and let them do their work over time. For the depression and the sense of oppression, we also want to gently encourage you or your parents to consider speaking with a wise Christian counselor or doctor if this has been lingering. God often uses skilled helpers alongside prayer to bring relief.

Father, we lift this family to You now. For this person and their mother, silence every voice of condemnation that still clings to them. Let the truth of Romans 8 settle deep, not as a memory but as present reality. Break the grip of shame and depression, and replace heaviness with Your steady peace. Grant them all a holy urgency and clear wisdom for the decisions before them. Be their Shepherd, their Deliverer, their Provider in the very areas where destruction has come. Draw them close as a family, and let today be the beginning of a genuine turning. In Jesus' name, amen.

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. This is not a feeling to be attained, but a fact to be received. You speak of shame, depression, oppression, and condemnation, yet if you and your believing mother are in Christ, all these must bow to the verdict of Heaven. The enemy barks loudly, but he cannot bite those hidden in the One who can never be condemned. Do not look to your frames or feelings, but to Christ alone. Being in Him is the sole and sufficient ground of your deliverance from guilt. Let that satisfy your soul.

The enemy strikes, but behind his malice stands a Father’s hand, who uses even the destroyer to chasten in covenant love. Every trial is dealt in weight and measure, never a drop too much, never in anger, but to withdraw you from self-trust and hide pride from your eyes. What you see as destruction, God intends as deliverance from the pit. Have you looked? Then you have lived. Trust His one great sacrifice, and that moment the word goes forth: “Deliver him from going down to the pit.” The power of darkness is broken; you are translated into the kingdom of the Son.

Now is the day of salvation. Delay binds the hands of Christ. Seek pleasure in sin binds Him still. But He came to loosen prisoners, even those bent double and unable to look up. Your sense of urgency is the Spirit’s cry within you. Let Christ be to you all you need, Shepherd, Lover, Saviour, Father, Protector, Provider, by taking your eyes off the storm and fixing them on the Overcomer. In the world you will have tribulation, but in Him you have peace. He has overcome the world, and you are one with Him. Did His hands win the victory? Then your feet triumph. Rejoice that He was bound so you might be free; go not back into bondage. All things are yours in Christ, life, death, things present, things to come. Take down your harps from the willows and sing the songs of deliverance.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The promise you have written is a strong tower indeed, but mark well how the Apostle binds it: “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” The word is sure, yet it is given to those who wage war, not to those who sleep. You ask for strength against the enemy. Each of us must smite this monster; no one can overthrow him for another. The victory is already won by Christ, but you must stand fast in the freedom with which He freed you. Do not return to the bondage of fear and despair as though Christ’s payment were insufficient. He has delivered you; be neither ungrateful nor forgetful.

That weight of shame and depression you carry, that whispering condemnation, these are the old yoke attempting to enslave you again. Look upon the pattern of Paul, the chief of sinners, whom Christ accepted to show all longsuffering, that none might despair of their condition. If the enemy accuses, answer with the blood of the Lamb and the righteousness which is by faith, not your own. When you feel vileness, let it quell your pride but not your hope. Count every past gain and present sorrow as loss, even as dung, for the excellency of knowing Christ Jesus your Lord. He is the lover of your soul, your shepherd, your protector; He will not abandon you to the wolf.

You desire urgency and wisdom. Let urgency be a holy fire, not a frantic haste. We are taught to deprecate all conflicts when not summoned, but when dragged into the arena, to stand nobly. Do not rush into battles of your own making, but where the enemy has already breached your walls, resist with the shield of faith. Curb the tyranny of the belly, the heaviness of sloth, the clamour of worldly cares; these are the Egyptians from which you have been delivered. Yet consider how those ancient Egyptians, once avaricious and gluttonous, changed when they caught fire from Christ and set sail for heaven. So too your household can be transformed.

You pray for your parents and yourself. Let each one’s victory be the joy of all. For in Christ’s body, the toil is another’s, the pleasure is yours. If your mother stands firm, dance as though you yourself had worn the crown. Do not let the evil one sow discord by envy or solitary grief. Wrestle together in prayer, and make your home a church of peace. The Lord whose power is to give contraries by means of contraries will exalt you when you humble yourselves, feed you when you hunger for righteousness, and give you the inheritance when you count all but Him as nothing.

Finally, cling to this: Now is the day of salvation. Christ has gathered together those near and those far into one body. Let no condemnation remain where His blood has spoken. But let that freedom propel you to walk after the Spirit, not after the flesh. The Spirit is still present with all who do not lift their hands against Him. Stand fast, then. He is your Father, deliverer, and provider; in every breach where the enemy has entered, He is able to rebuild the desolate places and make you more than conquerors through Him that loved you.
