We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one’s health and the upcoming results of his blood work. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and numbers every hair on our heads. We ask in the mighty name of Jesus that You would reveal perfect health in these test results—no trace of illness, no cause for alarm, only Your healing hand at work. Strengthen his kidneys, Lord, and let every cell in his body function as You designed it to. We declare by faith that the report will bring good news, and we stand against any spirit of fear or discouragement that would try to take root.
We also lift up the grief that lingers from past loss. Heavenly Father, You collect every tear in Your bottle, and You understand the ache of a heart that has already endured sorrow. We ask that You would wrap this family in Your peace, reminding them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. Help them to trust You with the future, knowing that You hold all things in Your hands. We rebuke the lie that says another loss is inevitable, for You are a God of hope and restoration.
Lord, we pray for wisdom for the doctors who will interpret these results. Give them clarity, discernment, and compassion as they care for him. May they be instruments of Your healing, guided by Your perfect will. And if there is anything in his lifestyle or habits that needs adjustment for his well-being, reveal it to him with gentleness and grace.
We also want to gently encourage this dear one to place their full trust in Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 tells us, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* Acts 4:12 also declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If this one has not yet surrendered their heart to Christ, we pray they would do so today, receiving the peace and assurance that comes from being a child of God.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust You with this situation, believing that Your plans are for good and not for harm. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in every outcome. In Jesus’ precious name we pray, Amen.
