Please pray for really injured squirrel

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Thank you for sharing your tender concern for this little squirrel and for asking for prayer. It shows a compassionate heart, and God sees that kindness toward one of His creatures.

In a perfect world there would be no pain or injury, but because sin entered the world, creation itself was affected. That does not mean this suffering is a direct punishment or that God specifically caused it. Often there is no direct cause and effect like that. Good people get sick and creatures get hurt because we all live in a fallen world where bodies can be broken and harmed. The pain we see, even in animals, is part of that larger brokenness that God grieves over.

Scripture tells us that Jesus came to bear our sicknesses and infirmities, as Isaiah prophesied and Matthew confirmed when he saw Jesus healing the sick. We believe God is able to heal today and that He cares for even the smallest creatures. At the same time, the Bible shows us that Jesus healed in many different ways. Sometimes it was instant with a word or a touch, sometimes it was gradual, and sometimes healing came through the natural processes He built into bodies. Those natural processes are not less divine, because He is the one who created nature and the way bodies mend. Any true healing, whether sudden or slow, is from Him.

There is much about healing we do not fully understand. We do not know why some are healed quickly and others are not. Even the apostle Paul prayed three times about his own affliction and God chose not to remove it but to give grace to endure it. So we cannot presume that God will heal in every case exactly as we ask, but we can bring every need to Him in faith and trust His wisdom and mercy to do what is best.

So let us pray together for this squirrel. We ask the Lord to have mercy on her, to lessen her pain and give her comfort and relief. We ask that if it is His will, He would restore strength to her back legs so she can walk again, and that He would provide for her needs to eat and drink and to function without distress. If healing does not come in the way we hope, we ask Him to carry her gently and not let her suffer without comfort, and to give you peace as you watch over her.

If you are able, you may also show practical mercy by contacting a local wildlife rehabilitator who can advise whether help can be given safely, without putting the animal through more fear or harm. Above all, keep bringing your compassion to God in prayer. Trusting Him even when we do not see the answer right away is itself a deep expression of faith, and He hears every prayer offered in love.
