Please pray for protection for me and my daughter Lindsay

Please pray for protection for me and my daughter Lindsay against my son Nathan who is on heroin and wont stop breaking into our home and stealing from us. He threatens to bust all the windows out of our home and get us kicked out. We have called the police but they only keep him in for a night and give him a court date. Please ask the Lord to help us and him.
