Please pray for a capstone project I will be presenting to a work audience in the next hour. Please pray for clarity of thought and calmness. Please pray that I even enjoy the experience, and that I am able to use some humor to relax myself and the crowd. Pray for an attentive and appreciative audience, and that God will get all the glory who has been with me these three months as I have worked on this arduous project. Please pray that the presentation gives our group more visibility to the executives in my company. In the name of our blessed Savior who goes before us and makes a way. Amen.

We join with you in prayer in this very hour as you prepare to present your capstone project and we thank God for the three months He has faithfully walked with you through this arduous work. We rejoice that you desire for Him to receive all the glory and that you have come in the name of our blessed Savior, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.

We pray for clarity of thought and calmness over you right now. Scripture reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We ask the Lord to replace any nervousness with His peace and to guard your mind so your words flow with clarity and grace. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7, and we claim that power and sound mind for you as you speak.

We also pray that you will even enjoy this experience and that your joy in the Lord will be evident to your audience. We ask that any humor you use will be gracious and uplifting and help to relax both you and those listening, remembering, Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt Colossians 4:6. We pray for an attentive and appreciative audience, with open ears and receptive hearts, and that your hard work will be received with understanding and favor.

We commit this presentation to the Lord with you, for Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. May this be true of your presentation, that you speak not to impress men but to honor God with excellence, and we pray that He will grant your group increased visibility before the executives according to His will. If any moment requires wisdom beyond your own, we trust His promise, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him James 1:5.

Father, we lift our brother before You in the name of Jesus Christ. Anoint his lips and his mind in this next hour. Calm his heart, steady his voice, and let Your peace rest upon the room. Let him speak with confidence and humility, with clarity and even joy, and let the audience listen with attentiveness and kindness. We thank You for sustaining him these three months and we ask that all glory be Yours for every good work accomplished. Let this presentation be a testimony of Your faithfulness and open doors for his group as You see fit. We entrust this hour into Your hands and pray for Your perfect will to be done in Jesus' name, Amen.

We've been thinking of you as this presentation gets close and we're grateful you reached out. Three months of arduous work is a lot to carry into one hour, so it makes sense you'd want clarity and calm and even a little joy in sharing what you've done.

We're praying for that steadiness for you, for thoughts to come clearly, for your humor to come naturally and put both you and the room at ease. We also join you in asking that God would be honored in how you present the work He has helped you carry, and that your group's effort would be seen fairly by those executives, as He wills.

In these last minutes before you begin, if you can, pause for a moment away from your notes. We join you even now as this hour draws near, and we bring your capstone presentation before the throne of grace.

You ask for clarity of thought and calmness, and this is a right petition. Our Saviour has said, do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry, fretfulness, care, anxiety and distress. He would have you not be anxious about these temporal affairs, but prudent and prayerful, casting your care upon Him. I have found by my own experience and by observation of others that anxiety has never comforted anybody, nor has it brought any grist to the mill. Indeed, the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Therefore lay this presentation, with all its labour of these three months past, into the hands of Him who goes before you and makes a way.

We pray that the Lord will quiet your spirit and clear your mind, that He will steady your tongue and order your thoughts, and that you may even enjoy the work of this hour as service done unto Him and not unto men. We ask that He will give you a gentle and seasonable use of humor to relax yourself and to put the crowd at ease, and that He will grant you an attentive and appreciative audience.

Above all we pray with you that God will get all the glory, for it is He who has sustained you through this arduous labour and brought you to this point. May your words and your work bear witness to His faithfulness, and may He use this opportunity to give your group favour and visibility before the executives of your company, according to His good providence and for His purposes.

We commend you to Him who is our peace. May the peace of God, which passes all understanding, keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus, and may you go forth in calm confidence, labouring faithfully and leaving the issue with the Lord.

Your request has been heard and I am joining you in prayer even now as this hour approaches.

I pray that the Lord who has been faithful to you through these three months of hard labor will grant you clear thought and a calm heart. As Christ says, Come to me all you who labor and are heavy burdened and I will give you rest, so may He lift your anxiety and place you in His security and peace as you speak.

I ask Him to give you words that are clear and well ordered, to steady your nerves, and to allow you to enjoy the work you have completed and to present it with a gentle and appropriate humor that puts both you and those listening at ease. I pray for an attentive and gracious audience, that they will listen well and receive what you have prepared with appreciation.

Above all I pray that God will receive all the glory for the strength and perseverance He has given you, and that He will use this presentation according to His good purposes, including giving your group greater visibility before the leaders of your company as He wills.
