Please pray for people who are contemplating harming themselves or others. If you are thinking about suicide please phone 1 800 784 2433. If you are aware of someone who is feeling this way be sure to stay with the parson you are their lifeline. Listen really listen. Talk to them seriously. Get, or call help immediately. It's OK to ask for help.
