Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing your heart for your son and his family. We join with you in bringing them before the Lord in prayer.
We pray that God will grant your son favor and strength for his work, that he will be diligent and encouraged in his daily tasks and that he will know kindness and good fellowship with those around him. As Scripture shows, favor with God is a gracious gift, and we ask that the Lord would open doors for him and give him joy and integrity in his workplace.
Above all we pray for the deepest need, that your son and his whole household would come to know the Lord Jesus Christ and His love. God sent His Son, born of a woman and born under the law, so that we who were under the law might receive adoption as sons. Jesus alone is the only begotten Son of the Father, full of grace and truth, and we are received into God's family only through Him. There is no other name given whereby we must be saved, and the record God has given is that He has offered us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life. So we pray that your son, his wife and their children would each come to believe on the name of the Son of God and be born again by the Spirit into the family of God.
We also ask for the Lord's protection over them, especially over the children, and for His grace upon your relationships together. God delights to bless family ties when they are centered on Christ, and we pray that your bonds with one another would be strengthened in love, peace and forgiveness as you all walk more closely with Him.
May the Lord keep your son and his family in His care, draw them to Himself, and grant you comfort as you entrust them to His hands. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our salvation. Amen.
