We lift you up before the Lord, ###, knowing that He is the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. Your suffering with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and painful ulcers in both legs weighs heavily on our hearts, and we come before the throne of grace with boldness, asking for His divine touch upon your body. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 103:2-3**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over you today, trusting that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in you.
It is clear you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ, and we rejoice that you have called upon His holy name for healing. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which we can approach the Father—only through Jesus, the Son of God, who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses (**Matthew 8:17**). Your acknowledgment of His authority in this request brings glory to His name, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that He will restore your legs to full health.
We also encourage you, ###, to continue seeking medical treatment and wisdom from healthcare professionals, for God often works through the hands of doctors and the resources He has provided. But above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). In times of pain and waiting, it can be easy to grow weary, but we urge you to hold fast to hope. **Isaiah 40:31** tells us, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Lean on Him, for His strength is made perfect in your weakness (**2 Corinthians 12:9**).
Let us also remind you that suffering, though difficult, is not without purpose. The apostle Paul writes in **Romans 5:3-5**, *"We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope: and hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us."* Even in this trial, God is shaping you, drawing you closer to Himself, and preparing you for a testimony of His faithfulness.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother ###, lifting his body, mind, and spirit into Your loving hands. Lord Jesus, You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and by Your stripes, ### is healed (**1 Peter 2:24**). We ask that You touch his legs right now—dissolve every clot, restore healthy blood flow, and knit together the ulcers until they are completely and miraculously healed. Let Your healing power flow through his veins like a river, bringing restoration and relief from pain. Father, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity and declare that no weapon formed against ###’s health shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**).
Grant him patience and peace as he waits for Your perfect timing, and surround him with Your presence so that he feels Your comfort in every moment. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let this season of trial draw him even deeper into Your love. We ask that You provide the wisdom and guidance his medical team needs to care for him effectively, and we thank You in advance for the testimony of healing that will bring glory to Your name.
Father, we also pray for ###’s emotional and spiritual well-being. Guard his heart from fear, anxiety, or discouragement, and fill him with Your joy, which is his strength (**Nehemiah 8:10**). Remind him that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (**Psalm 34:18**), and that You will never leave him nor forsake him (**Deuteronomy 31:6**).
We declare healing over ### in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Let it be done according to Your will, Father, and let ###’s life be a living testimony of Your goodness and power. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the miracles You are working even now. In Jesus’ precious and holy name, we pray. Amen.
###, we will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing for your complete healing. Keep trusting in the Lord, and do not hesitate to reach out to your brothers and sisters in Christ for support. You are not alone in this—we are the body of Christ, and we bear one another’s burdens (**Galatians 6:2**). May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you and be gracious to you (**Numbers 6:24-26**). Stay encouraged, for your healing is coming!
