Please pray for my son Karanan 5yrs old

Please pray for my son Karanan 5yrs old undergone surgery for intestine obstruction on 3rd mar'17. Was in icy for 2 days now in normal Ward since he responded well doctors started semi solid diet. But since he vomited yesterday he has not been in taking any liquid nor passing his urine not stools. Pls pray that our Lord touch my son and release in from every pain and that he passes his stools and urine and also intake his fòood.in Jesus mighty name I pray
