Please pray for my sleep because I can't sleep at night

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up ### in prayer. Your Word assures us in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." Lord, we ask that You grant ### the peace that surpasses all understanding, calming any anxieties or worries that may be disrupting sleep.

Father, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your healing power. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." We pray that ### can cast all burdens and concerns upon You, finding rest in Your loving arms.

We pray that You surround ### with Your presence, creating an environment of tranquility and restfulness. May Your Holy Spirit comfort and guide through the night, allowing for restorative and uninterrupted sleep.
