Please Pray For My Recovery And Peace Of Mind

Hello, my name is ### and I'm ###.

At the beginning of the month, I took an antibiotic called bactrim and had a severe allergic reaction to it. An allergic reaction to this medication is known to trigger a terrible and potentially fatal illness called Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (don't google image it if you're squeamish), which I've been experiencing many of the early symptoms of. I've gone back to the hospital since the allergic reaction with my concerns, but they just sent me home promising me that it was very unlikely I contracted the illness. My body is telling me different, though, and I'm worried and scared.

The onset symptoms can last for several weeks before the actual bulk of the syndrome kicks in (being the trademark mouth ulcers and peeling, bulls-eye rash), and since there's no real way to test for it all I can do is wait it out and hope that it ends up being nothing. I'm in physical pain, I'm absolutely terrified, and I can't do anything but ask God to help me through this miserable time and soothe my fear. I believe in the power of prayer, so I'm asking you to please pray for me.
