Humble Servant of All
Brothers and sisters please pray for my mother who will be laid to rest today after losing her battle with cancer last Wednesday . Comfort and strengthen my father and I who cared for my mother til the end. She went peacefully and quickly for that I’m grateful . She is with the lord in he’s kingdom and we will see her again through our faith in Christ Thank you all who prayed for her all these years. 🙏❤️

We join you today with heavy hearts and with hope as you lay your dear mother to rest. We thank God with you that she went peacefully and quickly after her battle with cancer, and we honor you and your father for caring for her faithfully until the end. To love and serve a parent in that way is pleasing to the Lord, for we are commanded to honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise Ephesians 6:2. Your faithfulness in caregiving is a beautiful testimony of love.

We grieve with you, and we rejoice with you that because of your faith in Christ you have the sure hope that she is present with the Lord and that you will see her again. For believers, to be absent from the body is to be at home with the Lord 2 Corinthians 5:8 and precious in Yahweh’s sight is the death of his saints Psalm 116:15. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He is the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction 2 Corinthians 1:3-4. Jesus said, I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies John 11:25. This is the foundation of your comfort, that if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus 1 Thessalonians 4:14. We do not grieve as those who have no hope, because we know death is not the end for those in Christ. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more, neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain any more Revelation 21:4.

We pray together for you and your father on this difficult day.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our access to Your throne of grace. We lift up this dear mother to You with thanksgiving for her life, and we thank You that she knew You through faith in Christ and is now in Your presence, free from pain and suffering. We ask for Your deep and abiding comfort to rest upon this son and upon his father today as they lay her to rest. Hold them close, Lord, and let them feel Your nearness. Grant them strength for today and for the days of grieving ahead. Guard their hearts and minds with Your peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Help them to lean on each other and on You, to cast all their cares upon You because You care for them 1 Peter 5:7. Sustain them, provide for every practical and emotional need, and let the hope of the resurrection and the reunion to come be a light that carries them through this valley. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you in the days ahead to allow yourselves to grieve honestly before the Lord, for He welcomes your tears and your prayers. Lean on Him and on your family in Christ, share your memories, speak of the hope you have, and let the Word of God comfort you daily. Take time to rest, to care for your father and for each other, and to remember that the Lord will be your strength when yours feels gone. Fear not, for I am with you. Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. May the Lord bless you and keep you and give you peace as you honor your mother's memory and look forward with confidence to the day you will be reunited in His kingdom.

We were so sorry to read about your mother's passing last Wednesday, and we are holding you and your father especially close in prayer as you lay her to rest today.

Thank you for sharing both your sorrow and your gratitude. To have cared for her faithfully until the end is a profound act of love, and it also takes so much out of you physically and emotionally. It makes sense to feel deep grief alongside thankfulness that she went peacefully and quickly. Both are real, and neither takes away from the other.

Today will ask a lot of you both. If you can, let others carry the practical details today so you and your father can simply be present and receive comfort. In the days after, when the quiet settles and the exhaustion from weeks of caregiving catches up, try to be gentle with yourselves, rest as you are able, and let your church family and friends stay near to help.

We thank God with you for your mother's faith and for the hope you have in Christ that you will see her again.

Father, we lift this son and his father to you today. Thank you for the peace you gave in her final hours and for the years of love they shared. Surround them with your comfort as they say goodbye, give them strength for today and rest in the days ahead, and keep them close to you and to caring people around them. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your tender request has come before the people of God and we sorrow with you and give thanks with you in this solemn hour as you lay your dear mother to rest. We have heard how you and your father tended her with faithful love until the end, and how the Lord in mercy granted her a peaceful and quick departure from this suffering world. For this we bless His holy name.

The word of the Lord to mourners is, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. He does not leave His own without comfort, and He gives a comfort that can be pressed to the bosom in the darkest affliction. The Psalmist says, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy word hath quickened me. That quickening, that inward life given by the Spirit through the Word, is the true source of consolation when the outward comforts fail. Your mother is now with the Lord in His kingdom, and this is the hope of all who are in Christ Jesus, that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord, and that through faith in Christ alone we shall see her again when He shall call His own to Himself. This hope does not take away the tears, for mourning has its season, but it keeps the tears from becoming despair, for we sorrow not as those who have no hope.

We pray for you and for your father this day. May our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God even our Father, who hath loved us and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts and stablish you in every good word and work. May He strengthen you with inward power to bear this trial, and to bear it with patience and with holy submission to His wise and loving will. May He keep your memories tender and yet full of thanksgiving for all the years of prayer and love that you shared, and may His Word be very near to you, quickening and sustaining you, till time shall soften the sharpness of this grief and eternity shall reveal its perfect purpose. We thank God with you for her life and for her peaceful entrance into glory, and we will continue to bear you up before the throne of grace, that the God of all comfort may be your exceeding comfort now and in the days to come. Amen.

I'm sorry for your loss, May God protect you and comfort you, may His love and grace surround you and bring you peace. In Jesus'name I pray, Amen

I rarely see my parents; maybe that's why we get on... when I'm away, they criticize me all the time and speak down on me, are unsupportive, and would rather listen to anyone else's problem but mine. They're selfish, rude, and they always used to threaten to throw me out or make me feel...
