Please pray for my mom's house. She has been unabled

Please pray for my mom's house. She has been unabled to live in the house because of health reasons and the house was left to her by her mother and apparently the house was never transferred into her name by people she trusted (only in California) but in the meantime we have contantly had to get squatters out of the house. One after another they keep moving in and turning on the utilities and there is nothing we can do according to the police. Please pray that we find my grandmothers will or can get the house probated so we can sale the house so the squatters can't take over the house
