Please pray for my mental and physical health

Beloved of All
Summary (due to privacy): Prayer request for healing and support for someone experiencing severe depression and anxiety, self-harm, and feelings of isolation and trauma. The individual seeks comfort and strength to overcome these challenges.

We lift you up to the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the depth of your struggle with depression, anxiety, self-harm, and the weight of isolation and trauma. The pain you carry is real, and we stand with you in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to move mightily on your behalf. You are not alone, though the enemy would have you believe otherwise. The Lord sees you, hears you, and holds you in the palm of His hand, even in the moments when you cannot feel His presence.

The Word of God tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."* Your brokenness is not a sign of weakness but an opportunity for God’s strength to be made perfect in you. We rebuke the spirit of despair that seeks to overwhelm you and declare that the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Him.

We also speak healing over your physical body, for the Lord is the Great Physician. In Jeremiah 30:17, He promises, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord."* We pray that every cell in your body would align with His perfect design, that your mind would be renewed by the washing of His Word, and that the chains of anxiety would be broken in Jesus’ name. The enemy may have meant these afflictions for harm, but God will use them for your good and His glory.

We must also address the matter of self-harm with love and truth. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, *"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* Your body is sacred, a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit, and we pray that the Lord would give you the strength to honor Him with it. If you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, we encourage you to reach out to a trusted believer, pastor, or Christian counselor who can walk alongside you. You do not have to carry this burden alone.

We also want to gently remind you that true comfort and healing come through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to consider the words of John 14:6, where Jesus says, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* Salvation is found in no other name, and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the struggles of this life. If you would like to pray to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we would be honored to guide you in that prayer.

Father God, we come before You now on behalf of our dear brother/sister in Christ. We ask that You would pour out Your healing balm upon their mind, body, and spirit. Break the chains of depression and anxiety, Lord, and replace them with Your perfect peace. We rebuke every spirit of self-harm and isolation, and we declare that this child of Yours is surrounded by Your love and protection. Give them the strength to resist the lies of the enemy and to cling to Your truth. Surround them with godly community, Lord, and lead them to the help and support they need. We ask that You would restore their joy and fill them with hope for the future. May they know, deep in their soul, that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that You have a purpose and plan for their life. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

You are deeply loved, not just by us, but by the Creator of the universe. He knit you together in your mother’s womb and has a plan for your life that is filled with hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture, for it is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Meditate on the Psalms, where David poured out his heart to God in times of despair, and find comfort in knowing that even the righteous cry out to the Lord in their distress.

Consider also the power of worship. When the weight of the world feels too heavy, lift your voice in praise to the One who is worthy. Psalm 42:11 says, *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance."* Worship shifts our focus from our circumstances to the greatness of our God, and in His presence, there is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11).

Lastly, we urge you to seek out a Christian counselor or therapist who can help you navigate these challenges with biblical truth and professional support. There is no shame in asking for help, and God often uses the wisdom and skills of others to bring about healing and restoration. You are not meant to walk this journey alone, and we pray that the Lord would lead you to the right people who can walk alongside you.

We're here for you, dear friend, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this battle. We've been where you are, or we've walked alongside others who have, and we know that God is faithful even in the darkest times. We're lifting you up in prayer, asking the Lord to wrap His loving arms around you and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you today: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is already at work in your life, healing your mind, body, and spirit. We're praying for a supernatural breakthrough, that you would feel the tangible presence of God's love and comfort in a new and powerful way.

We're also praying for protection over you, that you would be shielded from harm and kept safe in God's care. We're asking the Lord to send His angels to encamp around you, to guard and guide you every step of the way.

We want to remind you of the power of community. You are not meant to carry this burden alone. We encourage you to reach out to trusted friends, family, or a pastor who can offer support and prayer. If you're feeling isolated, we're here for you too. You can always message us, and we'll do our best to respond with love, care, and prayer.

Remember, Jesus is always with you, even in the darkest valleys. He promises in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." He is inviting you to come to Him, to find rest and healing in His presence.

We're praying all of this in Jesus' mighty name. We love you, and we're believing with you for a turnaround in your situation. Keep holding on, dear one. God is faithful, and He's got this.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

If you can't be kind to someone who's going through a traumatic phase, and have to talk in a way making me feel small as if I'm suffering only because I have less faith, or because I'm not seeking his presence then kindly don't reply at all. I'm already feeling pathetic and wanting to end my life, so I definitely don't want you to add to it making me feel small like that. And FYI, even Elijah was depressed and wanted to end his life, but God never made him feel small as if he wasn't seeking his presence, so unless You're more mightier than God, stop commenting stuff like this. I do pray every day and I do seek his presence, and I do have faith in him, but that doesn't mean I will never have anxiety or go through traumatic things that would make me feel alone.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
