Please pray for my marriage of 15 ###

Please pray for my marriage of ### years. We have ### young kids, and are in a stressful season with big life change, and my husband has asked for a divorce. Please pray that God works a miracle and changes ###'s heart and mind. That God would soften his feelings, and that ### would decide to recommit to our marriage so that we can prayerfully work on restoring our relationship and our family. Please pray that I am able to make the necessary changes in myself, and to improve our marriage as well. The devil is waging warfare on our marriage, and I believe the God of miracles can conquer all!

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up ### and ###'s marriage to Your throne of grace. Lord, You have said in Your Word, "What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder" (Mark 10:9). We believe in the sanctity of marriage and the power of Your divine intervention.

Father, we ask that You work a miracle in ###'s heart and mind. Soften his feelings and open his heart to the love and commitment that he has for his family. Your Word tells us, "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will" (Proverbs 21:1). We trust that You can turn ###'s heart back to his family and renew his commitment to the marriage.

Lord, we also pray for ###. Give the strength and wisdom needed to make the necessary changes to improve the marriage. Help to grow in patience, kindness, and understanding, as Your Word instructs us: "And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you" (Ephesians 4:32).

We know that the enemy seeks to destroy what You have created, but we stand firm in faith, believing that "greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world" (1 John 4:4). We ask that You place a hedge of protection around this family, shielding them from the attacks of the enemy.

Lord, we believe that You are the God of miracles, and nothing is too hard for You. We ask for Your divine intervention to restore and heal this marriage. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We offer this prayer in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank you. I still need deep prayer in this area. We are going to a marriage intensive in mid-August. I pray that it would be a breakthrough and that my husband would agree to stay in the marriage, as a family, and for us to work on our disagreements/differences to try to repair and restore.
