Please pray for my heart to be covered

Father God, thank you for everything you do for me, thank you for your love.

God, I need your protection over my heart. I care about ### so much and for all those years when he wasn't there I wanted to stop loving him and let go. God, now that he's in my life again I realize that love for him never left, now it's magnified and all the anxiety and worry that I can't trust him and let him in my heart is coming back. I am terrified to love him because I am scared of him hurting me, all my insecurities come up because I don't know how to get close and trust someone besides you God.

Please Jesus help me know I am worth loving and that there is a man out there who I can trust and love and open my heart too. That I am enough and am worth getting to know. Please protect me from anything that isn't from You Lord

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
