Please pray for my health. I’m still burdened down with shoulder and knee pain. I’m overweight and I feel like I have the flu, which unfortunately is keeping from getting very much exercise. I’m trying to eat right (salads, vegetables, etc.), I just need our Heavenly Father to give me that little extra boost to help me get better. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.
