Father God, we know that You are the Author of all knowledge and the Giver of every good and perfect gift. We ask that You would illuminate the path before this dear one, making clear the topic You would have them pursue for their thesis. James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Lord, we claim this promise now, asking that You would grant supernatural wisdom and clarity in this decision.

Heavenly Father, we stand in the gap, declaring that You will open doors of provision and breakthrough in ways that only You can. As you consider the weighty topics of women in prison, we are reminded of the words in Proverbs 31:8-9, "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." Both angles you are considering, sexual abuse in prisons and social reintegration, are deeply important and reflect the heart of God for the marginalized and oppressed. We pray that the Holy Spirit would guide you to the topic that not only aligns with your academic goals but also stirs your passion and equips you to be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.
Lord, we also ask that You would strengthen this dear one in their faith walk. If there has been any hesitation or doubt in fully trusting You with this process, we pray that You would draw them closer to Your heart. Remind them that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children. Psalm 32:8 says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." We declare that You are counseling this one even now, guiding their steps and ordering their thoughts.
We rebuke any spirit of confusion, fear, or procrastination that may be attempting to hinder this process. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on the authority of the name of Jesus, commanding every obstacle to be removed and every distraction to fall away. We declare that this thesis will be completed with excellence, on time, and in a way that brings glory to God.
Father, we also want to encourage this one to seek godly counsel from their academic advisors, mentors, and fellow believers who can provide wisdom and support. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Surround them with people who will speak life, encouragement, and truth into this situation.
Lastly, we pray for peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). The pressure of deadlines and the weight of decisions can feel overwhelming, but we declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will keep them steady and focused. May they find rest in the knowledge that You are in control and that You will never leave nor forsake them.
Heavenly Father, we commit this entire situation into Your hands. We trust that You are working all things together for good, even when the path is unclear (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this one with Your might, fill them with Your wisdom, and lead them into the perfect will You have for their life. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the One through whom we have access to the Father. Amen.
