Please pray for my friend Nathan. He's on drugs, has been for a while

Please pray for my friend Nathan. He's on drugs, has been for a while and it's bad. He says it's nothing bad and he "knows" what he's doing to himself and what's happening unlike before when he was on them. He says he'll kill himself if he's ever put in Rehab. I'm scared and crying. I don't know what to do. He won't get help and I can't do anything.
