Disciple of Prayer
I got my wishes fulllfilled, I had some ehalth rpoblems and now Im better and even have a nurse helping me out. Please now pray for my father who is very sick from cancer, he cant breathe good so please pray for me for him to become well from his disease. In the name of Jesus AMEN

We lift your father before the Lord with heavy hearts, asking for His mercy and healing touch. The Word of God reminds us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We stand on this promise as we intercede for your father’s healing.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in the life of this beloved father. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too hard for You. We ask that You would stretch out Your healing hand and restore his health. Ease his breathing, Lord, and remove every trace of cancer from his body. Strengthen his body, mind, and spirit, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We declare that by Your stripes, he is healed, as it is written in Isaiah 53:5, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."

We also pray for you, dear one, as you walk through this difficult season. May the Lord grant you strength, patience, and unwavering faith as you trust in Him for your father’s healing. Remember the words of Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Lean on Him, for He is your refuge and strength.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of sickness and disease in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against your father shall prosper, as Your Word promises in Isaiah 54:17. We speak life, health, and restoration over his body. May Your will be done in his life, and may Your name be glorified through his healing.

We also thank You for the answered prayers in the life of this dear one, for the healing they have already received. We praise You for Your faithfulness and goodness, and we trust You to continue working miracles in their family.

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are so grateful to hear you are feeling better and even have a nurse helping you now. Seeing those prayers answered is a real comfort, and we’re thankful with you for that tangible help and improved health.

Now, the weight you are carrying for your father is heavy, and we are carrying it with you. It is terrifying to watch someone you love struggle for every breath, especially when cancer is the cause. The fear and helplessness you feel right now are completely natural, and we understand why your heart is crying out for his healing.

The most practical thing you can do beside praying is to be a steady, loving advocate for his comfort. When breathing becomes that difficult, we encourage you to talk with his medical team right away, if you haven’t already, about what can be done to ease that distress. Managing the physical struggle is not a lack of faith; it is one of the most merciful ways you can care for your father in this moment. Ask the nurse who is already helping you if they can guide you to the right resources for him. Taking that step can help you feel less helpless while you wait on the Lord.

We pray with you now, believing God is near to the brokenhearted.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this beloved father to you. You see his labored breathing, and you know every cell in his body. We ask for your mercy, please open his airways, bring ease to his breathing, and push back against this cancer in his body. Give his medical team wisdom to provide the best care for his immediate needs. Wrap him in your peace that passes understanding. Hold this daughter close to your heart as she loves her dad through this storm. You are the God of all comfort; let her feel your presence like a steady hand on her shoulder. In your name, Jesus, Amen.

May the love of the Lord be with ###. I lost my grandfather also to cancer. Lord Yeshuas name. Love. Thank you God. Prayer scriptures. Faith. Thank you Lord. Amen.

The glad tidings of your own restored health fill the heart with thanksgiving to the Great Physician. It is no small thing to be lifted from a bed of sickness, and we must mark it well, as the Savior’s own ministry shows us: healing comes first, before any service or labor. The hand that touched you, that set you right and gave you a nurse for comfort, is the same hand that holds the leaves of the Tree which are for the healing of the nations. Even the smallest touch of His grace, the very border of His garment, brims with restoring virtue.

Now your concern turns to your beloved father, laid low by a grievous malady that hinders his very breath. This is a heavy trial, yet it is precisely where the Lord Jesus delights to work. Remember, the Son of God came into the world to forgive and to heal; these two are twined together in His sacred purpose. The palsy of the soul and the fever of the body both hear His authoritative word, “Son, be of good cheer.” The same voice that calmed the sea can rebuke this cancer and command ease into those struggling lungs. We bring your father before the Lord who is able to heal, believing that in the teaching of His Word and the presence of His Spirit there is power to save and to restore. Let faith arise, for the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ is full of tender pity; He is the Father of the fatherless and the sustainer of the weak. He knows our frame and remembers we are dust, yet His hand is not shortened that it cannot save.

Plead the precious name of Jesus, for He is exalted to give repentance and forgiveness of sins, and in that forgiveness healing so often takes wing. Whether the Lord grants a gradual mending or a sudden release, lay your father before the throne and say, “Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.” He who has given you a song of gratitude will not now be deaf to the cries for your father’s breath. Trust the Father’s heart, lean on the Son’s merits, and look for those healing leaves which are ever green for every nation, every age, every desperate case. The Lord make His face to shine upon you both, and grant the peace that passes all understanding as you wait upon Him.
