Father God, my own heart breaks for Angeline and her family upon hearing this news. I understand that as Christians, we understand and accept that You are in control. At times, we cannot make sense of what kind of things happen in our lives, when or how they happen, but we just have to trust You with all that we have. Please blanket Angeline, her family, her parents and her brother's family with Your immeasurable comfort and peace. Grant them Your presence in a very tangible way. Guide their thoughts and minds to see past the anguish and pain, and at least for the moment, rejoice in his victory. In each moment to come, be this family's strength and comfort I pray. In the name of Jesus Christ, may Your mercy rain down. Amen.
John 6:39-40
And this is the will of Him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that He has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.
