Please Pray For My Family, We Suffered A Deep Loss

My brother died today... please pray for our family, especially his four boys and for our mum and dad, for strength and comfort....

Heavenly Father, I ask for Your comforting Spirit to be with this family today and for always. Lord, I know there will be many tears shed in sorrow, but I pray that those tears will begin to turn into tears of joy now that he is with You. Death is so hard for us to accept Lord, for we will miss that person in our lives, help them to remember that it is only temporary, that he will be waiting for them, with You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I am so sorry to hear this, when my mother died my Aunt gave me a book telling about how just like the water was turned into wine, God has a way of slowly turning our tears of sorrow into tears of remembrance and love. It takes awhile but He will see you through. God bless each one of you.

Father God, my own heart breaks for Angeline and her family upon hearing this news. I understand that as Christians, we understand and accept that You are in control. At times, we cannot make sense of what kind of things happen in our lives, when or how they happen, but we just have to trust You with all that we have. Please blanket Angeline, her family, her parents and her brother's family with Your immeasurable comfort and peace. Grant them Your presence in a very tangible way. Guide their thoughts and minds to see past the anguish and pain, and at least for the moment, rejoice in his victory. In each moment to come, be this family's strength and comfort I pray.
