Dear God,
I thank you for bringing me this far through my finals at school, with only one more to go. I thank you for providing me with the remembrance of everything I studied for. Lord I thank you for providing what you have for my family, but Lord we are struggling to live every single day. Lord, I thank you for the blessing of my family for the money you bless us this here and there, and I do not take that for granted. But, Lord I come to you today, with a request that will fill our broken hearts this Christmas season. Lord, I ask again, for a new home for my family, the one I believe you have promised to us, and income to pay all of our debts we owe, so we an live in peace. Lord we live in a neighborhood, not pleasing to the eye and very dangerous. We live in a house that leaks and creaks, falling apart as more days go by. Lord, I am thankful that you have provided us with a house that serves as a shelter for my family, but Lord if it is not too much, I ask for a HOME. Lord, our time on Osage Street NEEDS to come to an end, so we can begin making memories on St. Paul Road. Lord, your word shows that you are our Father, who provides for His children, wholeheartedly. I know we have not been the best example of people who deserve a home, but I believe that is because we are all stressed, and forgot how to express our live for each other because of our hardships. Lord, show us the light towards a path that will teach us how to love each other the right way, and the appropriate way to express our anger. Lord, I apologize for myself and my family, because we have done wrong, and I ask for our forgiveness.
So Lord, in conclusion, I ask for our home as a gift from you this Christmas. It would not only place us in a better life, but it will provide change to our attitudes. Lord, PLEASE HELP US! I know you are there, and can hear me. Please do this for me, I beg of you. Provide for me as you said you will in your word, because your word is truth and I know you won't let me down. THANK YOU GOD! I love you with all my heart!
