Please pray for my family and I am about as spirtually broken as a person can be
I have tried and failed more times than not to serve God.follow his word,has tried to do whats right in the eyes of God and a friend of mine tells me the worse people on the face of the earth is bible thumper's
Just a couple of months ago his dad died but before he died he gave his place to us free and clear but his son decided he was not going to honor his dads wishes and informed us if we did not start paying him a large sum of money he was going to sell it and what was said next has made me wonder why
After he told us we had better start paying he said and I quote " Your as poor as Job's turkey you pray talk about the bible and how great your God is and how your so blessed yet you have nothing can barely put food on the table and here I am I wouldn't walk across the street to hear some fool that went to college to be taught how to take the money from all those God fearing people and I want for nothing have more money than I know what to do with can buy anything anytime I want so explain to me exactly how your God is so great and your so blessed"
I know it shouldn't have but it made me start questioning 'why" is it some has everything and others has none
I believed from the bottom of my heart God had provided a home for us and I wouldn't have to worry any more how we was going to pay the rent and it's like I have lost my faith and for the first time in my life I am ready to just give up but what bothers me more is I dont understand why God rewards the people that dont believe,ever pray never give God a thought other than to run him down believes not one word of the bible yet God rewards them never has to worry about how their going to pay their bills or if their car breaks down well I'll just go buy a new one and I have to admit it but I sit and wonder why that can;t be me
i am not a greedy person but I sure am a very confused person
Please pray for me that God would show us a way and that we wouldn;t loose our home and God would give me strength and to be thankful for what I have and i am thankful for the many blessings God has given us
