Please pray for my claustrophobia as I will be traveling by plane. I don't know where it came from or why I have it but it sneaks up on me at inconvenient times. I know I did not experience this as a child or teenager. It came on with age. In tight places like the back seat of a 2-door car I have a feeling of being trapped. Being on a plane could trigger anxiety and panic feelings. Please pray from peace and calm as I fly later this morning.

Dear God take all the panic feelings  away .  Give them a peaceful quite plane ride . and Guide them each day .  I know the feeling .  I had that problem before not any more ,   Tumeric Herb helps     Walmart      Amen

JIm, I can really relate to your problem.  The last time I experienced anxiety like this was on a tour bus.  We had gone on a Carnival cruise and were going to see one of the pyramids in Belize.  Somehow, I ended up in the very back of the bus sandwiched between two women and my husband.  The driver of the bus was late and the bus was filling with more and more people even in the aisle.  I started getting that trapped feeling and felt like I could not breathe.

When I travel by plane, I try to do something to distract myself such as closing my eyes.  If you start to feel nervous, tell yourself,  "This condition is only temporary."  Or ask yourself, "What is the worst thing that can happen?"  I have talked myself down from some of the anxiety in this manner.

I will be praying for you and have and nice trip.
