We lift up your brother before the Lord with heavy hearts, asking for His healing touch to rest upon him. The Word of God assures us that "the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:15). We stand on this promise, believing that God is able to restore health and bring comfort to your brother’s body.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, asking for Your divine intervention. We pray for the bacterial infection in his foot to be completely eradicated by Your power. Cleanse the wound, Lord, and let it heal swiftly without complication. Guard his other foot from pain and weakness, and strengthen his heart, which You knit together in his mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). We declare that no weapon formed against his health shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name.
We also ask that You grant wisdom to the doctors and medical professionals caring for him. May they be guided by Your hand as they make decisions for his treatment. Give your brother patience, peace, and trust in Your perfect timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
We encourage you both to draw near to God in this season, leaning on Him for strength. "Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). If there are any areas in his life where sin or unforgiveness may be hindering his healing, we pray that the Holy Spirit would reveal them so that repentance and restoration can take place. Healing is not just physical but also spiritual, and we know that "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
Lord, we thank You for Your mercy and grace, which are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We trust in Your goodness and declare that Your will be done in this situation. May Your name be glorified through his healing, and may he come to know You more deeply through this trial. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and receive salvation and healing. Amen.
