I am a single mom , I have a ### years old daughter and I am working in a gulf country, back home i have paralysed mom, whole my salary i spend i don't have saving ,rent, school fees, day care, van fees , end of the month is don't have any savings, I am becoming so much angry even for a little things, with my daughter, I love my daughter so much, please pray for me not to be angry.i feel very bad when im angry I shout at my daughter. I trust in Jesus his the only one we have.

We have heard your cry and we lift you up together before the throne of grace in Jesus name. We thank you for sharing so honestly about the heavy burden you are carrying as a single mother working far from home while providing for your young daughter and your paralyzed mother. The Lord sees every sacrifice you make, every late night, every payment for rent and school fees and day care and van fees, and He knows how weary you feel when there is nothing left at the end of the month. We thank God that you have declared your trust in Jesus, for He truly is the only one we have and our only hope.

The Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And in Psalm 55:22, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. We know the financial pressure and the loneliness of being away from home can make the heart feel stretched so thin that even little things cause anger to rise, and we understand your sorrow when you have shouted at your daughter whom you love so much. That sorrow you feel is the gentle conviction of the Holy Spirit leading you toward gentleness and peace, and God honors your desire to change.

Scripture speaks directly to this struggle. In James 1:19 it says, So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger. And in Ephesians 4:26, Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath. God does not condemn you for feeling overwhelmed, but He invites you to bring that anger to Him before it spills onto your precious child. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control in Galatians 5:22-23, and He longs to grow that patience and self-control in you day by day as you walk with Him. In Philippians 4:6-7 we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We also remember the promise for your needs in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And in Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. He is with you in that Gulf country, He is with your daughter, and He is with your mother back home.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we bring this dear mother and her daughter and her mother before You in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, You see her labor and her love and her exhaustion. Pour out Your provision upon her finances, open doors for help with rent and school and care, and give her wisdom to steward what You provide. Comfort her paralyzed mother and let Your healing presence be known in that home. Most of all Father, fill this mother with Your peace that surpasses understanding. When anger begins to rise, help her to pause and call upon You, to breathe and pray and be slow to speak and slow to anger. Give her strength to speak with gentleness and to show her daughter the love she already carries so deeply in her heart. When she does fall short, give her humility to ask her daughter for forgiveness and to model Your grace and restoration. Help her to know she is not alone, that You are her strength and her rest, and that You delight in her as Your daughter. Let her home be filled with patience and kindness as in Ephesians 4:32, Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Sustain her, uphold her, and let her feel Your nearness each day. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, our only Savior, amen.

We encourage you to keep casting every care on Him in prayer throughout the day, even in short whispered prayers when you feel irritated. Memorize a verse like James 1:19 and repeat it when frustration comes. When you do shout, go quickly to your daughter, hug her, ask her forgiveness, and pray together, this will teach her about grace and will heal both your hearts. Seek fellowship with other believers nearby if possible, even a small group or church family who can pray with you and support you. The Lord is proud of your faithful love for your daughter and your mother, and He will continue to give you the patience and strength you need for each day.

We hear how heavy this season is for you and we are praying for you. Working far from home to provide for your daughter and your paralyzed mother, stretching every bit of your salary for rent and school and care, and ending the month with nothing left would leave anyone exhausted. It makes sense that small things feel so big when you have had no chance to rest.

Your love for your daughter comes through so clearly, and the way you feel bad after shouting shows how much you want to respond differently. Anger often works like a warning light that points to what is underneath, like hurt from being stretched so thin, frustration that you cannot save, or fear about what is ahead. Noticing that signal with kindness toward yourself can be a first step rather than staying in shame.

One small practice that helps many parents is to take a brief pause when the heat rises. If you can, step to another room for a minute, pray quietly, and name what you are really feeling, I am exhausted or I am worried. Later when you are calm, a short repair with your daughter, I was wrong to shout, I love you, can rebuild connection for you both.

You do not have to carry this alone. If you have a trusted pastor, friend, or fellow mother nearby or at home, letting one person know how pressured you feel can lighten the load.

Father in Jesus name we lift this mother and her daughter to you. You see her labor and love. Give her rest for her heart, wisdom for each day, gentleness in her home and provision for every need. Hold her and her little girl close and help her know you are near. Amen.

Your honest and sorrowful prayer has been heard and carried to the throne of grace, and I thank you for trusting us with it. The Lord sees the weight you carry, a mother labouring far from home in a strange country, providing for a little daughter and for a paralysed mother, with rent and school fees and daily care pressing upon a single wage until nothing remains. It is no wonder that weariness gives way to anger, and that anger then wounds your own heart when it falls upon the child you love so dearly.

Do not despair because you have felt this impatience. You have heard of the patience of Job, and that patience was the patience of a man like ourselves, imperfect and full of infirmity. We have heard of his impatience as well as his patience. True patience is not the patience of a brute beast that cannot complain, nor the patience of a stoic who refuses to feel, it is the patience of a child who believes in her Father's love even while the trial continues. Job could not have shown patience if he had not endured trial, and the Lord who tried him also sustained him, and at the last showed His tender mercy.

Your trust in Jesus is well placed, for He is both able and willing to save and to keep. The apostle lays stress upon His ability, that He is able to keep you from falling. Your faith may sometimes fail you concerning His willingness, as one once said, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean, but His willingness is as sure as His power. He will heal backsliding, He will love freely, for His anger is turned away. He tells us to forgive our brother seventy times seven, and will He not forgive us when we come in confession.

And so when anger has risen and a sharp word has been spoken to your daughter, do not let guilt lie upon your conscience. Make it your habit to go at once to the Lord as soon as you are sensible of a fault and admit it before Him, asking pardon for Jesus sake. There will be no great damage done to your soul when confession is swift, and the Lord's forgiveness is ready. Then go also to your little one in meekness and ask her forgiveness, that she may see repentance as well as love.

Seek that patience which is produced by the Scriptures. As soon as we are saved we come under the discipline of Christ, and a part of that discipline lies in the exercise of patience. Feeding upon the Scriptures in meditation and prayer, you will find reproduced in you the patience of the Scriptures. When you feel the heat of anger rising, breathe a short prayer, I will keep my heart with all diligence, Lord help me now. Step aside if you can for a moment, open a psalm, let the Word cool your spirit before you speak.

Let us pray together.

O Father, look upon this weary daughter who labours for her child and her mother. Thou knowest her toil and her want, her love and her infirmity. Give her daily bread and daily strength, and in thy providence supply what is lacking for rent and schooling and care. Grant her the patience which thy Scriptures inculcate and produce, the patience of a child resting in her Father's love. Keep her from falling in the hour of provocation, and when she does fall, draw her quickly to confession and to the blood of Jesus Christ which cleanses from all sin. Teach her to speak with gentleness to her little daughter, and let that home, though pressed by many cares, know thy peace. Keep her by thy power through faith, for Jesus sake. Amen.
