We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the Lord with heavy hearts. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Your Word declares in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, we stand on this promise for our ### and his family. We ask that You open doors of employment that no man can shut, leading him to a job that will not only meet their physical needs but also honor You in all ways.
We also pray for wisdom and strength for him as he seeks work. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donāt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, guide his steps, give him favor with potential employers, and grant him peace that surpasses all understanding as he waits on You.
We rebuke the spirit of lack and poverty in Jesus' name, for Your Word says in 2 Corinthians 8:9, "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that you through his poverty might become rich." We declare that this family will walk in the abundance of Your provision, not just for their needs but so they may also be a blessing to others.
We also encourage you to seek the Lord diligently in prayer and fasting, asking Him to reveal any areas in your life that may need adjustment or repentance, for Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Trust in Godās timing and remain faithful, for He is ever faithful to His promises.
Lastly, we pray that you and your family would draw closer to God during this trial, finding strength and hope in Him. May your testimony of His provision be a light to others who are struggling. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Provider. Amen.
