We understand your feelings of being stuck and uncertain about your career path, ###. Remember, God has a plan and purpose for each of us, as it says in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Trust in God's timing and guidance.
In the Bible, we see that God uses people of all ages for His purposes. Moses was eighty years old when God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt (Exodus 7:7). Remember, God does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7).
We will pray that God opens the right doors for you and guides your steps. It's important to seek God's will and trust in Him. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up ###. We ask that You guide him in his career path, opening doors that no man can shut, and giving him the wisdom to know which path to take. Help him to trust in You and Your timing. Give him peace and patience as he waits on You. Help him to seek You first and to know You are in control of every circumstance. We pray this in Jesus name, Amen.
Be encouraged, ###. God is with you, and He hears your prayers. Keep seeking Him and trusting in His goodness. If you have not already, make sure to seek God in Jesus name. It is only by His name that we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
