We understand that you are seeking peace in all areas of your life and a change in your work shift. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is written: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB
In seeking peace, we are reminded of the words of Jesus: "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful." John 14:27 WEB. This peace is available through a relationship with Jesus Christ, who is the Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
Concerning your job, we pray that God's will be done in your life. Remember that God is sovereign over all things, including your employment. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will for our brother's/sister's life. We pray that You grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Lord, we ask that You guide their career path and if it is Your will, move them from D shift to either B shift or A shift. Help them to trust in Your timing and provision.
We also pray for their spiritual growth, that they may continue to seek You and live according to Your will, and that their life will reflect Your glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
