Please pray for me

The past few days have been very bad with both my mental and physical heath. I didn't go to the outpatient program for my mental health (depression) but I will try to go tomorrow no matter how bad I feel. I thought the depression was better this morning but it wasn't. Please pray about all of these problems and an unspoken request.  Thank you. God bless everyone on this site. Thank You Lord. In Jesus Name. Amen.
