Please forgive me God. Please God help me. My PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and Anorexia is overwhelming me. Please God restore my relationship. I know it is a poor excuse but it is impacting me so much. Please forgive me for how I am acting and what I am doing. Help me please. Please send prayers. Amen.
